We used Flexdolly on October 20th, 2021. We wanted to move our new Samsung fridge from our garage up to our kitchen on the first floor, and move the old fridge down to the garage. They asked for pictures of the fridges, and we proactively sent pictures at the stairwell as well. They said they could do the job, so we scheduled three guys to come and do it. The fridges were moved as promised, but they had scratched the walls and floors pretty badly (See attached pictures).
Dear Alexander, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and for taking the time to leave us a review. As you know, the team you had on the job worked very hard to make your fridge fit though the staircase that was rebuilt after the fridge was already upstairs.
First the movers were great professional. I had used this company before and they were priced reasonable. This time i felt that this was way overpriced for a job that didn’t include them driving the truck or actually moving me . Everything was set for the movers I got the truck all they had to do was load. Never again will I use this company. Make sure you get three movers and make sure they don’t overcharge you!!!

Alex and Nas were the best of the best! They met me at Costco, carefully loaded my new sectional, followed me to my house, delivered everything perfectly, assembled it, and hauled away my old couch without a single issue. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and took such great care of my home and furniture. They made the entire experience completely stress free. I honestly could not have asked for a better crew. A huge shout out to Jacob, who handled the scheduling over the phone.

OK, let me just start off with saying this is the second time I’ve used this moving company. I used them once when they were first starting four years ago and Nas and his team were absolutely incredible. I was fortunate enough to save their number and recommend them to a friend who was also incredibly happy with their services as well.When I found myself moving again he was a first person I thought of not only are they professional, trustworthy ,and incredibly efficient but they made my move so much better.

I cannot say enough good things about this incredible moving company! I had what many would consider a unique request - moving a large, custom weaving loom that's both priceless to me and incredibly delicate. From the moment I called, they turned what I thought would be a stressful ordeal into an absolutely flawless experience. Their responsiveness was phenomenal - they got back to me almost instantly and immediately put my mind at ease.
