They were very friendly and efficient. Everything was wrapped perfectly and none of my items nor walls got damaged. They even helped hang my TV! Raymond and his team were excellent and would highly recommend! This is an update to my last review: Last I have used Hulk movers twice before and been very satisfied but this last time in 9/2024 proved to be less than impressed.

The company owner waited until the last minute to book my move making it so that I could not cancel within their 72 hour time frame. Less than 12 hours after I clicked on accept quote I realized the quoted moving price was inflated and not affordable and attempted to cancel the day after I booked the move and the owner charged my account a huge $1,400 cancellation fee causing me Financial distress and severe anxiety.

The move took longer than expected and I felt cheated by the extra hour I was charged. The movers had no sense of urgency when loading the truck, but unfortunately I was at the new address for a while and didn’t see the delay at first. When I returned I noticed one of them was on the phone a lot, and they had taken excessive time slowly putting plastic wrap around items like stacked metal barstools and a wicker basket with a lid.

Do not use or trust this company!!! They lied about the price to my face. Refused to acknowledge the recorded phone call and charged me $100 more. I was told by the operator that booked my appointment and the mover that said “the deposit goes away” the deposit goes towered the final total meaning $549.26 final total. But really it’s the deposit plus the final total. Very rude operator. Kept saying “can you read.” JUST BE SAFE AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

I learned of this company from past experiences, my sister had used them for her move when she was moving out of her 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment, which took the 2 movers they had sent roughly 2 hours to complete. Unfortunately for my situation it was not. I also was moving out of a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and a 5x5 storage unit, both were fairly small. When the move appointment was created, they told me it was a 3 hour minimum charge, which I agreed to. They promised the move time would be 12pm-3pm.

DO NOT HIRE HULK MOVERS – WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER If you value your time, money, and belongings, please avoid Hulk Movers at all costs. Sanjar, the owner, may present a facade of professionalism, but it's painfully clear that he's in way over his head. What starts with aggressive sales tactics and lowball quotes quickly spirals into a nightmare. Our move was a disaster from start to finish. Items were lost, several were damaged, and the entire process was a logistical mess.

I was pretty disappointed with our moving service. The crew was friendly and worked hard. But they put a hole in a wall of the house we were moving out of which is going to cost us a couple hundred dollars out of our security deposit. They also damaged a desk which ended up collapsing after they left along with several other items that were damaged in the move despite spending ample time over wrapping / protecting other items.

There were 2 movers that seemed very experience and were amazing. The other 2 had no idea what they were doing. They did not follow instructions. I said multiple times I needed help packing but they seemed surprised when they got there. Everything got thrown in boxes and some objects broke. When getting back the boxes were not left in the rooms that we labeled them.
