I am really disappointed to be leaving this review as I have hired this moving company in the past about a year ago and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the service that time, which is why I hired them again. This time, I had three movers come. I was upstairs unpacking my things, while and movers were downstairs where I had left my bag that had a couple thousand in cash in it. The cash was partially visible.

The worst moving company! One of the drivers had a kid with him and he spent more time attending to the kid then doing what he was being paid to do. It took them 3 hours to load the truck. They were taking so long I told them to stop what they were doing and just deliver the stuff to the storage unit. The storage unit was 7 minutes away it took the truck 30 minutes to arrive. When they unloaded my stuff my coffee table was broken and my book shelf was all scratched up.

I want to start by saying I appreciate the company making an effort to resolve my concerns. They adjusted my billing, provided credits, and I truly appreciate how the office handled everything. I also want to give credit where it’s due the crew did an excellent job wrapping and protecting all of my furniture. Unfortunately, my experience with the lead mover left a bad impression. Before we arrived at the storage unit, he told me they would be taking a 30–45 minute lunch break.
Missed my reservations because of this truck and this company. I called the number about 100 times but no one answers. It sat there with the engine killed the entire time I was waiting. No clicking from the engine either so it was there off before I found it. Thanks so much for ruining my weekend plans and blocking 12 parking spots plus a handicap spot!!

Punctual, responsive, professional, efficient. They own their own truck so that is one variable you don't have to worry about (I was concerned about roach eggs or bed bugs, etc. from a random/rented truck.) They had good gear in terms of protecting the floor, clean furniture blankets, etc. Friendly and pleasant team, asked the right questions and took my input/requests.
Hands down- the best experience with a moving company we've ever had! They arrived right on time and they were very quick and efficient from start to finish! Not to mention very affordable, fair pricing in comparison to other companies I've used in the past. Sergei and Eugenii were very courteous and treated our belongings with care and consideration.
If you are comparing movers and wondering who you can truly trust with your home and belongings, the Rock Movers is the answer. From the very first message to the final item placed, their communication was absolutely top notch. They responded quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and were flexible when my move plans changed, which immediately put me at ease. I will also say this. I am officially too old to move, hurt my back just thinking about it, and calling friends at my age is not happening.
I recently used The Rock Movers for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the dispatch team and front office were incredibly responsive, professional, and prompt with every question I had. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They carefully wrapped and protected all of my furniture and belongings without me even having to ask, which gave me so much peace of mind.
