Horrible moving experience guys lost my son's bed and lollygag around a lot take their sweet time doing the job to run up the fees you will not be reimbursed for any lost or damaged items horrible moving company you are literally better off finding day Labor from home Depot. When I tried to pay them less for the lost property I was harrassed by there movers and felt really uncomfortable.
June Rose, good afternoon! Please provide your quote number. When exactly did you move with us? Who was the foreman person? We do not have any customers under the name of JUNE ROSE. I need to ensure you use our services in the SAN DIEGO location.
Horrible move. Fraud - saying it's a woman owned company to get business. Mgr who doesn't care how he treats customers. Arrived late. Wrong size truck. 2 day move turned into 3 days. Crew was nice but untrained. Unnecessarily shrink wrapped each sealed spice bottle yet had nothing around my valuable art work. Hired 3 workers but only 2 came to unload. Took them so long they didn't do any unpacking because it was 2am when the finished uploading. I had requested unpacking.

Terrible service. Over charges and then promised refund and didn’t. One mover had a terrible attitude and I was over charged $300-$330. Promised refund still nothing. It’s been over two weeks.

Was scheduled to come between 2-4pm, arrived at 6:45pm. Procrastinated on purpose to make sure they would have more hours on record. They came so late i wasn’t able to move into my apartment the next day. The also procrastinated the next day. 10 hours total move time for a 1 bedroom. They also broke my TV stand. I highly recommend using someone else. You also have to write down your credit card information on paper, which is not safe at all.

Very confusing quote process. I was told the price would be about $147 an hour, and thought it would take 3-4 hours for our move. I was only moving a 2 bedroom home and had everything packed in boxes ready to go. The day they arrived they told me it would take about 7 hours. By that time, I had already made plans to move into my new house, so I couldn't shop around. I felt like the quote was intentionally misleading, with no approximate timeline for the move.

In summary, a very very bad experience for us. We've used multiple movers both domestically and internationally, this was by far the worst. Stella Moving did not keep to agreed upon schedules, they repeatedly came without adequate packing supplies and as a result boxes were packed poorly and we experienced a lot of damage, they arrived on moving day with an undersized rental truck that could not fit our belongings which caused cascading events; truck had to be repeatedly packed & repacked, a personal car of one of…

The movers damaged my large-screen TV during the move, and it no longer works. After several attempts to reach Matthew, the manager, he eventually responded and offered only $200 in compensation, paid in two installments of $100 each. I was very disappointed with both the lack of communication and the way this claim was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stella Moving Company.
I called to get a quote and the guy was so confusing when he was trying to explain things and also unpleasant. The whole experience really made me not want to use this company so I chose a different one. Not a good experience.

Truly the best movers I’ve had—and I’ve moved quite a bit over the years. Gui and Pedro were punctual, professional, and impressively efficient, handling every item with care and attention to detail. What’s usually a stressful day felt completely seamless thanks to their calm demeanor, clear communication, and can-do attitude. This was my third time using Stella, and once again they exceeded every expectation! Hercules, Jerry, and Carlos were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and so kind throughout the entire move. They handled all of my furniture and belongings with so much care, making sure everything arrived in perfect condition.
I read the great reviews, which is why I chose them for our move from Ventura to San Diego—and they lived up to their reputation. From the beginning, they were highly professional, not only in scheduling the appointment but also in patiently addressing all of my (many) questions before move day. When we learned it was going to be pouring rain at both locations, I was genuinely concerned. They immediately assured me they were fully prepared for weather like that and kept everything on track.
