The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I'm so glad we had A to Z Moving take care of our recent piano move. They are very professional, thorough and prompt. The piano was handled carefully. I have complete confidence in their work and would highly recommend them. A great value too! Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, Lloyd! We’re glad to hear our team took great care of your piano and made the move go smoothly!
We used A to Z moving a piano this past week. The team of 3 showed up right on time, brought all the equipment they needed, communicative, efficient, and were caring in their ability to move the piano. The owner also followed up to ensure the move went well which we appreciated! We had called a few companies and A to Z had the best prices and were the quickest to respond. We would highly recommend A to Z for all your moving needs! Thank you!
Thank you for the wonderful review Geetha! We're thrilled the moving process went smoothly. Reviews like yours always make us proud of the work we do.
I was referred to A to Z Moving by Classic Pianos, when I bought my 6 ft. Yamaha Disklavier grand piano 9 years ago, and my first experience with them was so positive that I used them again in a recent move. I was particularly concerned with the move in that the piano has 3 computers and speakers attached to it, so anyone not familiar with moving this type of piano could easily do major damage. The crew was very professional, efficient, and all very personable.
John, Thank you for trusting us again to move your piano and for this thoughtful review. We really appreciate it. Enjoy your new home!
My Sister has a beautiful Steinway upright that she decided to loan out to some friends for a few years, but the thought of “having to move a piano “ was daunting at the very least! After speaking with several other moving companies beforehand, Ben, from A to Z Moving made our decision really easy. Rather than just provide a quote, Ben asked a handful of important questions particular to the final placement of our piano, and was able to save us hundreds of dollars in the end!
Thank you for such a wonder review and recommendation Cheryl! We're happy to hear we were able to save you money with the move. It's always great knowing that we were able to meet our customer's expectations.
