Hired for a whole house move from FL to NH with two stops, one at a storage facility, and the second at our final destination. Contacted A-Turner and spoke with Janie to schedule a moving consultant to come to my home and look at what and amount of items needing moved to our new residence. Janie was extremely rude and obviously too preoccupied to deal with my call. She told me the move was going to cost me 5000.00 to 8000.00 “ if you can afford that, then we will set up an appointment “ I advised her our move date was 8/9-10, at which point she said “we are in our peak season, so it would be after the 19th.” I told her it was my…
Avoid this company at all costs. They have thieves on their payroll. My family and I hired this company to pack, store, and transport our belongings across the continental U.S. They packed our belongings and stored it at their warehouse in Gainesville, FL for a few weeks until we could get set up across the country in our new house. Once we gave them the go ahead, they delivered our belongings.
We are sorry to hear of your concerns and understand how upsetting it is to believe items are missing after a move. However, it is important to note that you were not the customer of record for this shipment; the shipper was Susan Stevens.
A1 Turner moved us from Florida to Arkansas. The lies we were told regarding loading date, number of employees to load our shipment. Driver arrival time. Shipment was delivered way past promised day. Driver didn't have proper packing materials. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with people like these at this business. I would advise looking for another company to move your goods. It was a nightmare. Lie after lie. Ian, an employee was the best part of it all.

I used A-Turner for my move from Tampa to Charleston. My dining room table was not packed properly in a crate and was damaged during transit. When I filed a claim, the claims analyst said my dining room table was noted as having pre-existing damage, which is absolutely not true. The damage was absolutely caused by this moving company and they are lying about the pre-existing damage. Very unfortunate.
They do not disassemble/reassemble IKEA items and they don't tell you that upfront. So be prepared for this SURPRISE in your moving day!

The move went incredibly smoothly thanks to this team. They were extremely careful with my belongings and everything made it to the new place in exactly the same condition it was in when they picked it up. The crew was always courteous and respectful. What stood out the most was how incredibly efficient they were. First of all, they were the most punctual movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with (they were on site and in touch with me both days at 7:58PM, two minutes early, which I really appreciate).

Marion was very helpful and proactive in setting up the move, and quoted a fair price. Ian followed up and addressed any questions as move date approached, and was conscientious about checking in during and after the move. Lawrence and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled on pack/load/offload days, communicated well, and took good care of our belongings at each step. I have moved more than a dozen times in my Navy career, and I think this was the second-best moving experience I’ve had in all that time.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Exceptional movers and totally professional! Do you value your belongings? Do you want it treated with care and delivered as promised? Call A-Turner Moving and Storage, I know you won’t be disappointed! Tammy was a pleasure to work and do business with, responsive & communicative. Her crew were amazing!!!! On the receiving side they really took the time to wrap and protect all our belongings. On the delivery side they delivered right to the spot where we wanted furniture placed.
We used A-Turner Moving as an agent of North American for a move from Florida to North Carolina. Overall, we were very happy with A-Turner and would recommend their services! Marion performed a thorough on-site inventory and spent time explaining the various aspects of the contract and moving process. Not only was A-Turner able to give us the best price, it guaranteed next day delivery to NC, which was not something other movers were able to offer.
