Dennis is an excellent representative of the company. Communicative and cares about the customers. The area manager Ray is another story. I would personally avoid this spot as long as he is the area manager. He immediately escalated our conversation when I asked about the lock on my unit and called me "son." I had called and told Personal mini I would struggle paying until a few weeks into the month. I thought I was told a lock would not be put on but it was. Perhaps I misheard or misunderstood.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. I have rented for about 20 years now at a couple of different places. I've never been treated with such disrespect it goes to show you that appearance really does mean everything to some people. I was smoking a cigarette on property nowhere close to a building and just so you know there are no no smoking signs posted anywhere I was talked to you very cruel and harshly.

I called them 3-4 times on different days and months because I wanted to see the storage unit before renting. Every time, they told me their manager would call me, but the customer support representatives would not even answer simple questions, such as whether the unit had air conditioning or how often they increase the rent. Despite going back and forth for a couple of months, I never received any call from the manager. This shows how unprofessional they are. I even visited the site, but nobody was there.

I’m not pleased at all. My unit is small. And kinda ratchet looking with stains on the flooring. For $88/month. I expected better. And certainly have paid less for a better storage. I’m definitely going to find something else. Then switch. I also don’t like the fact that the there’s no access after 8 either. I’m not pleased.

My experience couldn't of been better. Edwina was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care. Don't look any where else for your storage needs. Plus, they're running online specials for units. All "Gainesville Mini Storage" properties are a great value, especially Personal Mini Storage.

I just rented a storage unit and I honestly couldn’t recommend this company more. Denis was extremely helpful and kind, and he walked us through the entire process. The unit was well priced and I feel confident that my stuff is well protected thanks to their security system. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and I’d gladly do it again!

courteous, prompt, , able to assist me with sizing the size unit I should consider. Sowed unit explained gate rules, showed operating door and locking it. Now to how clean it is, whole different thing They are very clean and expect renters remove trash. I did say it was clean I do not 5 star anything: I did here
