TLDR: if you must rent here, make sure you pay with a credit card so you'll be able to report as fraudulent when they overcharge you. Instead use U-Haul, StorQuest, Extra Space or Personal Mini Storage. This is by far the most unethical company I've dealt with in years. Chris, the manager, is sleazy like a carnival worker who's excited to take your money. He mutters under his breath if he can't charge you extra for a lock or renters insurance because you have your own.

First I Get To The Storage No one In Sight The Unit They Assigned Me Still Had A Lock On It Went To Office They Had Left For The Day Which Was EARLY So After Calling 100 Times Someone Answered An Said They Would Come Back I Waited 20-30 Minutes FINALLY Someone Came Unit Was DIRTY He Started Blowing It Out Until His Blower Died An Then Left It As Is I Literally Had My Things With Me An Nowhere else to take them being that I had already paid that was on the 15th so now on the 7th I have no access to my unit an they…

Poor service. Waste of time, money and nerves. No access code provided. Gave a first call, no solution. Another call, escalated to the supervisor and promised to call back in 30 minutes. After two hours, no responses. The worst. If they refuse full refund, I will call my bank for chargeback. The worst day I have ever had in my life.

The price online was 89.99 for a 10x10 with one month free. There was nothing online about paying for two or three months and purchasing a lock to get this deal. The fine print didn't state it and the lady working the desk didn't want to look at my phone so I could show her the price online
I paid $193 for a whole month but ended up only using the storage for 1 week but they said it wasn't possible to get any fraction of the cost from the three weeks that I didn't need. You live and you learn I guess. Don't spend my "stolen" money all in one place.
Hi Davey, we are very sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant storage experience with us. We offer month-to-month storage solutions, so although the unit was needed for a week, you are able to store your items with us during the entire month. A proration is not available at this time.
The staff is very responsive. However they really should get an exterminator to spray the units before each use. We stored our stuff for a couple months to unbox it and find roaches. This is a huge pain especially moving from the unit into a home.

When I rented a townhouse in Gainesville, Fl in June 2021 , I contacted many storage companies in Gainesville in order to store furniture that might not fit into the house. All the other companies I called had no units available, but I finally called I-75, who efficiently booked the correct size storage unit I wanted at a reasonable price.

twice in 6 weeks U-Haul gave away my truck that I had reserved, which produced immence amount of frustration. A gentleman named Chris went above and beyond to salvage my move. He remembered my last name which is long and not easy to pronounce. He called me 15 minutes out to tell me the new truck that I had waited for 3 hours to get was being gassed up just down the street and would be in on time.

The staff was professional, responsive to my needs. I signed up with Carol in the office and she was always pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. I started with a small unit and was able to move to a larger unit smoothly when I needed to. Once I no longer needed the storage unit, it was also an easy transition. The property and units were always very clean and well-kept. I would rent from this location again, if I need storage in the future.
