They were very communicative up front and then completely disappeared. I had a hard time getting them to respond. The original plan on a Monday had them moving my stuff on a Friday then they asked for Saturday. No big deal. 3pm Saturday I had not heard from them since that Monday so I reached out, they finally got back and said they could have the guys out late that night or early Sunday. I said early Sunday would be fine then he told me they wouldn’t be at my place till 1pm.
Thank you for your feedback. This is Zack. Myself and the team treat every single experience with a high level of professionalism, care and great customer service. No matter how we as a team interpret the situation, a bad experience with our company and an unhappy customer is unacceptable.
At 82 I was not looking forward to a move. The first day I had the packers come to try and finish the packing for me. Andrew did a great job, but "M" not so much as he worked in the kitchen for 4-5 hrs. even though I had already packed at least half of it. The next day was moving day, and what a day. Matt came in and wanted to do a walk through asking which things stayed and which were going to storage. We did this at least 2 times.
Not a great time using this service. Multiple vital screws for our bedframe were straight left out, despite us being told that they were packed up. Many broken items, scuffed furniture, and crushed boxes full of valuable items. Not a good service whatsover(they also tried making us pay for their own mistakes when they had a shortcoming on their end). The furniture was also rather carelessly tossed onto the already packed items, which we found to have toppled over at the final location
i bet they are great… if they get there. i had them scheduled for saturday, they said it was sunday. which okay that’s fine, but send the money back for your fault? they refused to look at the phone calls they record solely to keep the money. when i talked to them about a refund, crickets! They also started ignoring my calls. So, i bet they are great if they show up. Just be hopeful they do everything right on there part, because if they don’t it’s now your fault!!
Unless you are local, or a college student, STAY AWAY. Have moved several times and they were the worst. Zach can sweet talk, but we ended up with a huge bill, damaged and missing furniture, I cried many tears because of this company. Of course the most valuable and sentimental pieces were involved, and it was not from another moving company, as was suggested. My theory was just reinforced, it is not the “ things” that matter in this life, but the people.
4 college students who apparently lacked the knowledge and training on safe packing and moving took longer than 12 hours to move our stuff, there were multiple broken items in addition to permanent damage to our wooden floor. Things were not sorted and stuff was crammed randomly in boxes without adequate padding. They promised to repair the damages yet we never heard back after sending a few messages to the number they provided. What a rip off!

Hands down TOP NOTCH customer service!!!! Although my family and I decided not to go forward with our relocation due to personal reasons, my initial interaction with Zach the owner was warm, friendly and just overall AMAZING. After he came over personally to do a quick inventory on the move he gave me a very reasonable price for a long distance move. I ended up putting down a deposit to secure our date for the move.
Ox Strong moved our family’s belongings from Fort Myers to Pine Island in 2022. Recently, Ox Strong came in clutch when we needed furniture and other belongings to be moved from upstairs to downstairs and vice versa. The moving teams were punctual, professional, efficient, skilled, and respectful in both instances. They took care of everything. They didn't ask to borrow tools, and we didn’t tape a single box. The upfront pricing and careful handling of our home and belongings are bar none.
Austin and Vince were wonderful movers! They handled our things well, disassembled and re-assembled our beds, and were thoughtful and professional when we realized the moving quote we received somehow didn’t match up to what was showing up on their records. They worked hard and were efficient and the number of stars I gave is a reflection of the work they put in. My only qualm isn’t with them (because again they were wonderful) but with the management I guess.
