Once again it looks like the Clay location has been abandoned! The facility has been unsecured for the last week with the access gate broken - wide open. No longer anyone in the office to address these types of issues. I have tried calling about the new insurance requirement. I'm only told it is now a "third party and they cant help"!! I have asked that a manager call me and no response on this either .

I was pretty stressed walking in, but Lyndsay was really easy to talk to and helped me figure everything out quickly. She explained the units sizes, answered all my questions to help me find the right one for my needs, and made the whole process feel simple rather than overwhelming. Amazing storage units. Scot has been nothing but amazing and helpful since we started using this facility about two years ago. We’ve had no problems at all and love that it’s gated and protected by gate code. The best part is we haven’t had any rodents or bugs anywhere in or around our units. This is our 3rd time we have done business here. Scot was so helpful signing up to rent and moving out when we no longer needed the storage space. If we need storage again we will definitely go back to this facility. Scot is so nice and made our experience so pleasant we were a little sad to say goodbye.
