The rating breakdown
Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
First class moving, the name says it all! Absolutely fantastic experience! The movers were professional, careful, and incredibly helpful getting my hot tub safely into the backyard. They handled what could have been a very difficult move with ease and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a large or difficult item moved. Great service from start to finish!
Thanks Kaleigh! We hope you enjoy your hot tub! Thanks for trusting us with your move!
Shaun and his crew were outstanding in every way. They kept me informed at every step of the way. They showed up on time, covered and protected every piece of furniture, and delivered everything to my new address in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.
Thanks Albert!
I have contracted with First Class Moving for several jobs, and they have consistently been prompt, professional, organized on the back end, and reasonably priced. Their teams are very obviously well-trained, and every time they offer up very genuine praise and appreciation for the company and its management, which says a lot about how well it is run. I'm not sure what happened to all the great reviews that used to be here, which is part of how we vetted them to begin with.
Thank you Aimee! 🙏 That really means a lot to all of us here! I’m so happy things went well again and wish you all the best in your new building! We can’t tell you enough how grateful we are for your words! …
These guys busted their asses for us on the coldest day of the year in January. Never used movers before but was glad we did moving to our first new house. They moved fast and got us loaded and unloaded and everything assembled in 8 hours. Only blip was our tv. They moved it and it got banged up and needed replacing. Beyond that it was well worth it. They even helped us load our pets in our car to take to the new house.
