The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have worked with 20+ moving companies across the USA and by far, this has been the most pleasant, professional, easy to work with company. On top of that, the rates were excellent. I'm so happy I chose them and can only hope I get to use them again!!! I sell an electronic bed for seniors and many customers request installation in their home. I am not in Arizona so had to work with them via phone and email to get the move and install done. It's the worst part of my job usually...
Sarah, it's rewarding to know our team could streamline the process for you, particularly considering the challenges of remote coordination. Your appreciation for our punctuality, communication, and professionalism warms our hearts. Ziad and the team will be delighted by your kind words.
A Wise Move Made my move fantastic! The crew was careful with my things, went above and beyond putting them in each room and even stacking things in my garage neatly with great organization. I’ve moved a lot and this crew was top-notch. Mike was so easy to deal with and as I told him, I will definitely be using A Wise Move again for my next move. Great price, great crew, a real professional company!
The crew loved reading this!
5 Stars all the way! I recently had the pleasure of working with A Wise Move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service at the best price in town. What sets them apart from other companies is their pricing structure. While many moving companies charge by the hour after a certain point, Wise Move gave us a straightforward quote and stuck to it. This transparency and honesty were refreshing. The crew was outstanding.
We're happy to hear that you found our service exceptional! Your feedback reaffirms our commitment to providing transparent pricing and professional assistance to all our customers. Our crew always aims to handle each item with utmost care, and we're delighted that this is reflected in your moving…
A Wise Move provided excellent service and I would highly recommend them for the reasons described below. 1. Responsiveness/Scheduling: A Wise Move was able to coordinate their existing jobs to accommodate my schedule to bring a crew out on relatively short notice. Other moving companies were days (or even weeks) away from being able to get me on their schedule. 2.
Alex, thanks for such an incredible review! Our team will always be responsive when you need us. We do our best to provide affordable pricing for our services, and of course, will cover any damages made by our movers, if any. We're here to offer you a professional and responsive moving service.
