Worst experience ever. Showed up a day late. Broke furniture, ripped travel bags rifled through drawers. Stole a pr of panties. Didn't send enough movers. It took them ALL day into the evening to literally drag all of our belongings. Dean did a walk through and should have known that 2 men were not enough. Don't ever do business with this company.

I strongly advise against using this company under any circumstances. They failed to deliver on the majority of their commitments. During the move, they insisted we conduct a review while they literally hovered over us, then had the audacity to ask for a tip—explicitly stating they preferred cash. Despite being hired to move us, they stopped our job midway to take a cash job from a neighbor across the street, completely disregarding our agreement.

I have waited patiently for OVER A YEAR with their constant promises that they "are working on my damage claim" yet they never contact ME, always the other way around, and still over a year later have not compensated me the minimum per-pound damage reimbursement under their contract of carriage. Their employees threw my motorcycle into the back of the semi moving truck I hired to ship my belongings, failed to strap it down or otherwise protect it, and just wished it luck.

I went with this company based off of their amazing reviews but unfortunately, was extremely let down. To start things out, I had an arrival time of 10-2 and after they didn't show up on time and calling the company multiple times for an update, the company told me they couldn't get in contact with them and assured me they would show up. At 3pm I finally got a call from the movers saying they were 45 min out.

Most expensive, stressful and horrible moving experience EVER! Crew took 7+ hrs. As a friend that stopped by prior to the very young crews arrival commented I was extremely organized for my 1BR move. NO loose items! I had also moved all my plants, fragile items, and food the day before. Within a few weeks four friends down the hall from me (my unit was across the elevator) on the same floor moved out of the same complex. Their moves took between 3.5-5 hrs.

I would give less then 1 star if there was an option. I definitely should've looked at the lowest review ratings before thinking of using this service. All makes sense. Ke. The first guy jimmy or Timmy was very pleasant and professional. This was my first move ever to my first home. I asked if there was a discount he could give me and he very kindly said he could give me 10% off. Friday I verified 10-2 would work.

The experience of using these movers (Marcos, Sergio, and Damon, under Dean's leadership, in July of 2024) could not have been worse. Where do I even start? DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. When I called, Albert quoted my move (2x2 condo) for 3-4 hours with 3 guys to move boxes and furniture and included 40 minutes of driving time in that quote. He also assured me they would send "professional, experienced" guys for my move, since my furniture was brand new.

Move started off fine. Had a delay on closing which pushed my move date. If we had another delay it would have cost me my security deposit which I understand. The issues I have came towards the end of the move and after. They started off well wrapping everything up for furniture. Blankets and plastic wrap. Everything looked good. They probably should have done more team lift on the bigger and bulkier items though because single moving some of them stressed me out.
