I packed something up weighed it and send it out with my dad to ship it. He ended up at the doors of this place. They overcharged him, the weight that they have on the receipt is incorrect and definitely in the favor of the store, when I called back to see how much the services were with receipt in hand, they told me they couldn't give me that information because it was "in bedded in the system" then I asked if it had already been shipped out because I wanted to grab it and get my money back.
⚠️ WARNING! DO NOT RECOMMEND! THIEVES AND SCAMMERS! Extremely negative experience with A1 Packaging Store mail service. I am deeply disappointed and outraged by this delivery service. October 2025 I sent an important package with payment 5 times the regular rate for guaranteed delivery with notification of personal hand-delivery to the recipient. The result? The package was “lost”!
Walter Ruby is not and has never been a customer of A1 Packaging Store. (If there is any truth to this review (which I doubt), the reviewer is using a fake name). Now to a couple of the falsehoods in this review. 1. Calling us thieves. … More
If you look for someone to help your moving , stay away from A1 Packaging Store. I was given a quote based on every details ( where to go, stories of houses, what furnitures etc), it ends up with the bill is the triple amount of the quote. …
I am sorry if you were confused with how our moving services worked. We give "estimates" based on the information provided, but we cannot "quote" due to the fact that billing is based on working hours.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

The young man who works there is awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had to ship several high priority items for work over several days, both domestic and International, and he made it very easy.
I have used A 1 Packaging for several years. The guys have always been very helpful, professional and friendly. They always go the extra mile to make sure that every customer is happy and satisfied!
