Rude. So rude. Had an appointment Saturday. They showed up three hours early. No call ahead as promised. So they rescheduled. Showed up with a pickup truck to “assess”. Rescheduled for the next day. Finally showed up to haul the junk. Complained the whole time. Bill was double what I was quoted on the phone. If you need junk hauled away, find someone else.
Thank you Laine for taking the time to provide us feedback about our service. We were extremely dissapointed to see that we did not provide a 5 star experience and there are definitly things that we can improve on for the future. Our team … More

Very efficient, professional and personable. Arrived on time. Removed items carefully without any damage. Will use again.
They did a great job. It was an easy process, Fire Dawgs communicated consistently and promptly. They were easy to schedule, they came when they said they would, removed the items I requested. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
Thank you, Maria! We are so glad to hear the process was easy from start to finish and that our team kept communication clear and prompt throughout the job. Thank you for choosing Fire Dawgs Junk Removal. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping again in the future!
They arrived on time & quoted a fair price to remove a sofa sleeper & love seat. They moved the furniture safely in less than 30 minutes.
Phil, thank you for the review. A sofa sleeper and love seat out the door in under 30 minutes is exactly what our Lafayette crews train for, and a fair quote before the work starts is how we do business every time.
I used Fire Dawgs to remove a couple of large items during a move. They were prompt, and worked quickly! One of the items had to come out a door into a very narrow hallway, and they got it out without any issues or scratching the wall (which I would not have been able to do). I would definitely use them again to get rid of unwanted furniture!
Thank you, Erin! Moving is hectic, so we're glad Fire Dawgs could get those large items out of your way quickly. Prompt crews and fast work are what we aim for on every haul. Best of luck in the new place!
