Edit: i do not know if this company has changed owners or are under new management or what but when i used them this last time i waa highly dissatisfied and would never recommend this facility to anyone! They give you a low rate to begin with and then within a month or two they hike it to almost double of what you were paying originally if not more. They claim youre contracted monthly so they can changed their rates whenever and however they want to. They also are very much not temperature controlled at all.

I just signed up for a climate control unit today. When I got there, it was quite difficult to find the unit. There are multiple entrances that are not marked, and after going through each I didn’t find my unit. I called and was told it was in a different building. It took a little while to figure out which one and how to get to it. When I did find it, I found that my 10’ x 22’ storage unit only had a standard size door opening to get things in and out which could be a bit of an issue.

Update: In less than a year they have raised rates at least two times. Avoid if you plan to rent for more than a couple of months. Onsite manager is nice. But the corporate office out of state within two to three months raises the rental cost by at least 80% for the two largest size units. In decades of renting units I have never experienced this. Corporate office is also very poor in communicating effectively. The person who executes these rate hikes does not respond in a timely nor coherent manner.

Easy to make the reservation. I did not get the size I requested even though it was listed as available I talked to corporate support who walked me through the lease process. I was a return customer but login didn’t work. We fixed it. I also got a call from the specific location to give more details and answer any questions about what to do when I show up. Edit: the cube we got was the same one we had last year. Worked out perfect space wise. They had a more streamlined method this year.
