Do not use this company for moving! They severely damaged a piece of furniture, mishandled it, dropped it, etc. then refused to pay a claim to replace it. They refused to answer phone call after the claim. I’m reporting to BBB. Terrible!!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had an I move every year. Completely unprofessional and ruined my entire move. Do not use them!
I booked an in-state move with them for a Saturday and John erroneously scheduled it for a Thursday. I got a text about confirming the move, noticed the date discrepancy, and immediately contacted them. They were of course fully booked for Saturday and John didn't even take responsibility for his error. I then had to book with Two Men and a Truck super last minute - and they were great!
Terrible experience with these movers, 1) they came to my property, instantly started complaining about the items I gave them in the description of the move. 2) After showing them all that needed to be moved they hid behind their moving van …

Awful packing and experience. Left so many things unpacked and left for us to handle on our own. Will update how move in goes but was lied to about moving ease and support

In their own words
First of all, we appreciated the easy process of getting on the books to move. Some moving companies wanted us to give them a number of boxes we would be using to pack to get a price quote, but there was no way to predict that. A2B Movers just asked us the square footage of the house and then some basic questions to get a price quote. They recommended 3 movers for our job.
Thank you Alex and your team! A2B was easy to book with, movers were considerate, communicative, and took great care of all of our move from start to finish from our home in Westerville to another Westerville area.
Vlad and his team did a great job for me today. Worked hard all day, great attitudes when I had them move furniture to get it in the right place and they needed to dissemble items to fit through some narrow doorways in my new place, and took care to wrap everything well. They reassembled my kids' loft bed and crib (another company said they wouldn't do that per policy). Edit: I found after i wrote this that one of my kids dressers got scuffed up and the corner of a drawer broken off.
I have nothing but great things to say about A2B movers. We had a great experience with their crew during our recent move, which included a full day of packing and a second full day of moving furniture, reassembling, etc. Alex, Victor, Vitalii were all extremely professional, courteous and efficient. They asked questions to make sure all expectations were clear on what to move and treated all of our items with extreme care.
