I strongly recommend choosing a different moving company than All American Moving Services. My experience has been highly unsatisfactory for the following reasons: Inaccurate Quotation: I was initially quoted approximately $8,000 to pack and move my belongings; this was to be completed with two trucks over a period of two days. Instead, six trucks were used, and the final cost more than doubled. They also charged my card without authorization.
DO NOT USE!!!! The “quoting” process is a joke and unless you do a video call to show all that you have, trust and believe you will be charged extra…. I had George who I wouldn’t use again….Apparently I didn’t include I had artwork and two mirrors and the head mover spent 30 minutes upset saying this was a three man job… which wasn’t at all needed… but I’m not a professional mover so what do I know. The movers were nice guys though!

After seeing their reply: really interesting to see they once again won’t take ownership of the errors but point to the legal technicalities once again. You don’t hire professional movers so that you need to micromanage the entire process and watch their every move and correct when you think something isn’t right (though if you read my review, I did do this and it fell on deaf ears). You hire them so you can trust someone professional to do it right. Once again disappointed in the work and their response.

Time frame told was not when they came. Delivered furniture that was damaged. They took pictures of it but didn’t seem to care. Said contact ordering company. I did. They blamed the movers. This company took zero responsibility. Two companies argue and I’m left with damaged furniture since nobody will make it right! Furniture was to be put together but almost every screw in the chairs was loose. Horrible experience.

They initially sent the wrong crew for my gym equipment, which caused multiple unnecessary moves and additional charges. I was also told that the first two months of storage would be included, but I was billed for both months. I was informed that the finance team would contact me about this issue, but they never did.
Ms. Kim - the team that was dispatched to move the items you purchased at auction were unable to relocate the exercise machine due to its technical nature. We therefore moved every other item in your lot to your designated location, which I understand was an occupied rental unit you own.
Very RUDE. Treated me horribly for asking questions. Very expensive. I would never use this company. Just on the fact of how rude the person that answered the phone was. He was condescending and acted like I was a moron for asking questions.

Obinna - I am sorry that you had a less than perfect experience with our company. When we called to schedule your delivery, you did indeed ask for the last stop of the day. Our scheduler acknowledged your request, but did inform you that he couldn't guarantee a specific time slot.
Given a two hour window to make a delivery, from 5 to 7 p.m. Missed it by four hours, didn't get delivery of item until 11 p.m. …
Mr. Bumb - please accept our apologies for your less-than-perfect delivery experience. All American made an internal mistake by scheduling those particular individuals for this delivery route. One of the gentlemen was pulled from our moving division, and the other gentleman is new to our company.

Guys were friendly and efficient. They unfortunately did not know how to put the foundation together so ended up putting our old foundation back in place. I figured out how to install the new foundation and now I have an old foundation that is sitting at my house because it wasn’t hauled away with the old mattress. UPDATE: (4-14) I got a call from Greg and he is having his crew come back out to our home and pick up the old foundation at no cost! This is great customer service and I truly appreciate it!

The 2 gentlemen who put our refrigerator in on September 11th, were amazing! They were kind, polite and very professional! We deeply appreciated that we could communicate with them and have no language barrier. Our first delivery didn't go as well. The three appliances were dropped off outside on our deck.My husband was told they deliver and to call Lowes for help. They cost over $10,000. We were glad it didn't rain much from August 29-September 11.

Off the charts delivery service! Finally a company that is professional and accountable. They delivered Home Depot cabinetry seamlessly. Very large order of kitchen pantries, cabinets, and two bathroom vanities. I did not have to worry about workers who are indifferent or not fully engaged. They were happy and hard-working. I appreciate them and their careful handling so much. Enjoyable team and efficient. Highly recommend.
