My sister and I moved back in November, and unfortunately had a pretty negative experience with A2B. I called them for my last move a year before, and that went great which is why I called again this time. I requested the same team, which was confirmed, but day of a different team showed up which no one communicated about. We had Adil's team which was 4 men, and there were 4 of us (my family, all strong adults) helping, and it still took ALL day.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only did A2B subcontract to other movers, the guys they hired did an absolutely atrocious job of packing our large furniture. They only used saran wrap as protection despite us having dozens of moving blankets for them to use. We kept asking them to use the blankets and they just shrugged us off. They tossed our stuff in the truck with no care or organization at all, I haven't even finished calculating all the damage. Especially don't use A2B for any kind of pod move.

We were unhappy with their service. The positives: Their crew showed up on time and finished the work within the promised window. The negatives: The crew asked for $100 tips per person. Following that, we noticed damages to our TV (permanent scratches on screen, tilted screen that could not be fixed), peeled wood from the bed frame and nightstand, and the wooden board below the mattress was installed incorrectly. We contacted their customer service over phone and email but they were slow to respond.
Everything went great until the "1" box marked "Jewelry" never made it! And they said "they could send somebody to help look for it" THE ENTIRE HOUSE was unpacked! $1,500 of my most precious things. Gold, silver, opals, turquoise, amethyst..... Gifts from family. Both living family members and gifts from some that have passed on. Not to mention, clothes and other items. Total $2,000 It was great till................................

I had such an amazing experience with Sergey and couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went! They helped me move from my parents’ home into my first one-bedroom apartment, and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel easy, organized, and even enjoyable.
