The arrived 1.5 hours late, charged us extra unnecessarily, purposely worked slow to charge more time, forced us to take boxes from them on rent, surprisingly rude, not helpful. Out of the three guys, only one knew how to pack, others were …
Worst customer. Understand a virus but we are all humans. I really feel bad for his family. He treated us like trash from start. We arrived delayed (9:34), and it was clearly communicated for the delay. Mandy solved it. We greet as a team with mask on. THEY WONT LET US IN THE PLACE!
EDIT: STAY AWAY. THEY ATTEMPT TO BRIBE FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS, THESE ARE NOT TRUE, DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STARS. I thought they'd try to make the below experience right by offering at least enough compensation to cover one item that was clearly damaged: the entirely ripped apart end table. Instead, the total payout for ALL OF THE DAMAGES, including but not limited to: - scratched furniture, - an entirely broken couch end table - deep marks on the wall from movers slamming furniture against it at destination, - a destroyed…
They did a horrible job. They wrecked our new leather furniture and packed things so that boxes would cave in. Also really needed to be told in advance how much they were charging for materials. They charge literally 10x the price of Home Depot for things like boxes and tape. This service just leaves you feeling ripped off and you only find the extent of their poor packing once you're gone.
Dear Bryan. I wanted to reach out to you regarding your review and photos for your move that we assisted you with on 4/21/19. I want to address some of your concerns and discuss how the damages could have been prevented.
I made a mistake on the review of this company, but look how the owner responded. All he ha to do was to contact me, and I will gladly remove or edit my review. However, After seeing the reply. I am very glad i did not use this company. If the owner can't act professionally, what is he going to do with your valuables?

Joe was very rude and damaged my wall with the sofa, plus they charged 120 for material and they never said on the phone call they will charge for material I am very upset with there service they ask you to give them 5 to wave the 50 …
Afsi...By rude you mean telling you in advance at our arrival at the delivery site that your wall and your dead end door entry are already messed up and appears was previously poorly repaired?!
Not very considerate movers. They helped move in a new neighbor and they COMPLETELY BLOCKED MY DRIVEWAY when there was clearly enough space in front of the house they were moving the new neighbor's goods. Not very consider AT ALL.
Inconsiderate ? You called our offices and screamed at two different ladies…..that everyone in your quiet new neighborhood heard . The crew promptly moved the vehicle as they were unaware it encroached on your unit . Perhaps some therapy and anger management will improve your temper .
The San Jose movers are professional and nice (thus 2 stars) but the delivery truck (destination another state) is super large. Unless you live by a highway expect to be charged onsite, in cash.
These guys were fast and friendly. They packed all our stuff including the clothes, furniture and food, transported it all to a new house and places it all inside. …
Hey Nick. When you choose to waive additional valuation coverage then your entitled to the standard ‘’0.60 Cents per pound per article’’ We don’t sell insurance policies, ONLY Insurance Companies can do that. We are registered with a couple of them as well should you choose to purchase a policy.

Santi alberto and Bryan came and did amazing job with the packing and move. Carefully handled all the boxes and professionally wrapped all the furniture in moving blankets. They were on time and professionals. Would definitely recommend them and use for my future moves.
Fast, efficient, great at communication when asking where to place items and how to pack stuff.
This company are great…We used them for a long distance move from Austin to Los Angeles…Fair price excellent service…we will recommend them to our friends.
Southwest movers was amazing during my move from San Francisco to Austin! I was recommended them from my coworker who did the same move and he had the same experience as me! Joe and his team were very careful with all my belongs, ensured they were packed properly, and delivered in a very reasonable amount of time (a little over a week). Definitely recommend Southwest Movers and will definitely be using them again.
