Do not use! Unless you want your stuff to arrive broken, half of it missing and someone else's boxes mixed with your things.Worst experience ever from the get go. We had everything boxed up already however they proceeded to put the boxes in their big wardrobe boxes and tried to charge us $50 a box. Our mattresses were covered but they put their covers over it and tried to charge us $20 a piece. Believe me you're better off with a pod, save yourself the headache.

Hi Everyone, Beware of this Movers! Both times unpleasant experience. They might not at all send movers on the date you committed. This name should be Unfair Movers :) If they get better deal during the talk, she(I don't remember the name Kelly or Nancy) will disconnect rudely and go with other call. Lacking of communication in both calls. I am really shocked to see these 5 star ratings. I don't see any kind of professionalism in the talk.

Based on my good experience in 2017 I had hired the company with my in town move in 2019. The crew which showed up damaged and broke my lamp of $29.00, Glass top of my desk $463.00, scrapped of paint from the walls as well as scratches on the floor boards due to dragging of refrigerator. They used more time due to forgetting things, losing their way and handling unprofessionally.

What happened with me is basically theft by cheating. I'm not satisfied at all with the service I received from Fairprice movers. The workers you sent were not experienced and just tried to extend the working time by different means. The crew was 3 persons, but indeed only 2 of them did the work while the third one was just hanging around. The job time could have been reduced by 2 hours easily. During the payment I was shocked to see additional $150 hoisting charges and $66 for consumables which was never used.
Hard to address someone with no name or contract with our company...
AVOID THIS "COMPANY", (I used that term very loosely) at all costs. Please see my review on Houzz for full, authentic details of my move dated: March 2017. I'm still uncovered pilferage items by Carlos and Team. Nancy is unlearned and should stick to sending draft emails in order to not clue in to the disfunction that is "Fairprice Movers". Moving is one of the most stressful life events, do not add to the financial and emotional toll by hiring an unskilled outfit to handle your personal possessions.

Don’t be fooled by the name — “Fairprice” Movers is anything but fair. They quoted me double what other moving companies offered for the exact same job. The name is misleading, and the pricing is far from competitive. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they responded quickly, but the quote was outrageous.

Tried to book this company 2 week ago. The customer representative was rude on the phone from the beginning. I didn’t use this company. He told me that they are booked until next year! I was surprised
Fake review by competitor or a mistake
Do not use this company! They delivered everything but one box labeled Backpacks. 40 of my expensive backpacks never arrived. I will file a claim and a police report!

We had an excellent experience working with Fairprice Movers - We had an unusual and complicated move that we were trying to organize remotely. We needed to move contents from a house and storage unit across country and into a new temporary storage unit and they handled the move seamlessly. Natalie was wonderful to work with. She was positive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with every time I called.

I recently hired Fairprice Movers for my recent move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent about pricing, which immediately put my mind at ease. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with great care, ensuring everything was packed securely and transported without a scratch.
I was shocked and amazed by the professionalism of this company from the triage of my needs room by room item by item and their ability to pinpoint the exact items and priced everything perfectly and we’re brave enough to make it a fixed price! I challenge them with a couple of extremely hard to move pieces which turned out to be not much of a problem for this very experienced crew. The planets must have aligned, and I’m not sure this will happen to you, but my move went perfect.
