In their own words
I originally posted a good review but in fairness I need to provide an important update: When they performed the move, one of them ripped up a section of vinyl flooring. The business owner, a friendly Egyptian guy promised he would repair the damage, but you guessed it, he ignored our calls, always pretended he was out of state (a couple of text messages, never spoke to us). We ended up paying the apartment complex $150 in repairs and we never heard back from him again.
We respectfully disagree with the claims made in this review. Our company is committed to professionalism, transparency, and quality service. The statements shared here do not reflect the level of service we work hard to provide to our customers every day.
I don’t recommend this company. Ahmed is not honest he never finished the work. Stopped answering his phone. Unprofessional. Do not use him.
