When I first spoke with Ray I notified him of the contents of my move and he told me that everything would definitely fit in one load. When the crew was wrapping up, they had yet to load all of the clothes and several boxes and pieces of furniture into the truck. I was told it was full, so I went outside and checked the truck myself and noticed that there was plenty of space left in the truck...at least 8 feet. They managed to fit my love seat and desk, but nothing else.

Movers were 2 1/2 hours late. Owner very rude and unprofessional. They quoted me a price for 26 ft truck for 2 hour job but movers showed up with a 10 ft truck. Did not offer to discount for the time if over 2 hours due to size of truck and the trips that will be required to move items. Owner hung up on me when I told him that I was not going to go back in forth and play semantics with him. My advice for potential customers:if you decide to hire them make sure it’s a very small and easy job.
7/19/26: DO NOT USE! BEWARE! If I could put zero stars I would. I just had them move me over the weekend. The movers stole one of my handguns and I spent the rest of a long moving day filing a police report. When I called the moving company to have them resolve the issue because I don't pay to have people steal from me, I was completely ignored and they have made no attempt to resolve the issue.
If I could give a negative review, I would. Worst customer experience in my life! Ray, the manger agreed on one price with me for two movers & on move in day, he brought 3 guys. Then he changed the price from $79/hr to $109/hr to $129/hr to finally $95/hr within a 1 hour time frame verbally. He called 5x and texted me during my 3 hr move. He also yelled and screamed at me & my mom for about 30mins while the clock was running. He stated “I’m in control!” And “I don’t read emails regarding price.

They were on time and quick! I just moved into a 1 bedroom apartment and the moving process itself took no more than 2 hours! They were quick efficient friendly and even wrapped a few items to protect them. They are affordable and if I move again I will definitely be calling them! BOOK with them!
Great customer service, on time and communication was great. Also I was moved in no time and my belongings stayed safe and not damaged Texas blue line has moved me three times.
This is my 2nd experience with Texas Blueline. 5 years ago they moved my belongings and their professionalism, courtesy and timeliness of their operation led me back to them once again. Ray remembered me from that move and was very sincere and appreciative of me bringing back my business to his company. As promised, Jose (BLUELINE) called me this morning promptly at 730am and we finalized his arrival time. Jose and Santos arrived exactly on time, eager to “get the job done” remaining professional all the while.
I truly can’t say enough great things about Ray and his crew at Texas Blue Line. From start to finish, they made our move quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. What sets Ray apart is his honesty and transparency.
