Do not use these people they are literally the worst. Sent two ppl instead of 3 as requested yelled at me. The two people were convicts and were victims like us. Damaged my belongings,, called me after this review asking for evidence and asked for proof, I sent them proof and the were disappointed I was able to and ghosted and ignored me. No integrity, lied and cheated me, slippery sales people. I would pay double the expensive price I paid to not have to use these company ever again.

One star is still too generous for this company. Im talking about Total Packout Solutions OR Stonebriar Moving. They are the same people. They were hired through our contractor to handle our furniture during home repairs, and the entire experience was completely unacceptable. They delayed returning our belongings when we were scheduled to move back in, and even worse, some pieces of our furniture were never returned and are now missing.
I'm gonna give you a call tomorrow. This last week was busy. It is not necessary to go to our various locations and write 1 star reviews. Today is Easter. Tomorrow morning I will call ypu and we will deliver these 2 pieces that we're in an an additional storage. The crew did not grab them.
I used their service a year ago and was very unhappy. This review was triggered by a message from them saying that they can offer a free move on the anniversary. At the time of booking, they talked very nice, offered 2 persons for 3 hrs based on the list I shared. Move was from 1st floor to 1st floor half mile away. They had an offer to move piano for free. They came on time, but with a bad attitude. They took thier own time to load it. I kept getting calls from the supervisor asking me to tip them well.

I have moved many times and never in my life spent so much, $900+ (closer to $1000) workers advised as they were disassembling our adjustable bed that it was broken. Hhmmm that’s funny we used it the night before the move with no problem! I called and got no reply but then got a text back after several attempts to advise that they were on vacation and would get back to me when back in town. Our the bed wasn’t put back together completely. I sent pictures of the underneath of the bed.

Thank you to the movers, Ryan & John for moving all of our heaviest furniture and having a great attitude! We were promptly relocated from our apartment due to a fire & were relieved to hear Stonebriar could help us within one day. There was a miscommunication about supplying boxes and helping pack. Ashley confirmed to my husband about providing 30 boxes total (proof is on a “recorded call” that I’m sure we’ll never see or hear. Upon arrival, there were no boxes provided for me to pack anything.

Makes no sense, we worked for 12 hrs in the heat moving for you. Your bed was RH, very complex, you had garage items, ladders, shelving, you had 3 very particular, very thin, very expensive flat screens that made it safely, in fact eveything made it unscathed.

I’ve used Stonebriar Moving several times now, from moving my own home to helping my mom recently, and they continue to deliver every single time. Tyler and his crew are incredibly responsive — I texted him the day before needing help, and he already had someone there the next day taking care of everything. This last job included moving furniture, setting up a bed, and helping get things situated properly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
I don’t usually tend to write reviews, but I was very pleased with this company. Everything about their service was top notch. The guys showed up on time, worked fast, and were super careful with all my stuff. They wrapped up my furniture so nothing got scratched and even helped me move a few things around once we got to the new place. Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole moving day way less stressful than I expected.
