I used them for an apartment move and my son used them and had a decent experience so I figured why not. I booked 2 weeks out from my move date and yet the night before the Move I received a text from Andres the night before asking if I could accommodate the issues they were having with their trucks and make it a 10:30 am move instead of the 9:00am i had booked. I told him I could and went on. So 10:30 rolls around the next day and no one shows up. I try to text and call Andres with no response to either.
Andres is a SCAM he gives a “estimated quote” for a specific apartment layout. Then up-charges you at your drop off location. If you do not pay what he request he will take your belongs until you pay what he demands. His crew leader cody is a liar and con artist. He says he starts at a certain time but it’s not truthful at all. The crew moves extremely slow to prolong time & increase pay ! Please DO NOT use this company you will pay 50% more than what you are quoted. The level of customer service is terrible.

Don’t believe what they say when you’re booking. They never keep their promises. During my move, they damaged my table, walls, and dryer. I understand that accidents can happen during a move, but instead of taking responsibility, he kept talking and making excuses. He constantly used phrases like “God knows” to try to convince me he was right, but that doesn’t change what happened. According to him, he is always right and refuses to accept responsibility.
If I could give zero stars I would. Broke expensive media console, abraded side of my cloth couch by setting it sideways in street, completely broke glass coffee table by setting boxes on it inside the truck, and broke an entire medium box of glass plates and bowls that i meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap and paper. Never again! Run if you consider using this company, will take your call for work very quickly to book your job, but will show up late and not handle your things with care.
Was scheduled for a move with 3 people and only 1 mover ended up showing up. Owner was arrogant and unhelpful in resolving the situation. If you want a stressful moving situation with unreliable movers, use these guys. Owner also said he would refund my deposit and never did. Terrible company.

Hello Ms. Jasmine, Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Apparently they sent a fine for a technicality that never got paid so they revoked the license we’ve had for over 8 years. Already in talks with them and will get resolved soon. That’s our State license.

I called them when my movers canceled on me, and not only were they so fast on communicating with me and getting me someone ASAP. But Andrew showed up to make things even quicker, and we got an entire trailer unpacked in under 2 hours. Cannot say enough good things about them and the people that work here. ANDREW is PHENOMENAL, and besides being just an awesome person, he works so hard to get the job done right. Will never use any other movers again, a pretty awesome team!
The best movers I’ve used! I’ve used Muber Me 5 times now and each time they’ve been extremely professional and super fast! My 1 bedroom apartment move only took about 2 hours and they helped me place all the furniture! Highly recommend them!
