My experience with "Around the Block Moving Company" was utterly disastrous, leaving me feeling scammed and mistreated from start to finish. To begin with, their pricing was misleading and deceptive. They provided an initial quote that seemed reasonable, only to tack on additional charges throughout the process. It's clear now that their strategy is to lure you in with a low estimate and then manipulate you into paying far more than agreed upon. Their reliability is abysmal.
*THIS IS A FALSE REVIEW* After going through our company’s database we can say with 100% certainty that we have never done business with a “Mike Vuckovich”. This review was either written out of malice as a personal vendetta or was written about the wrong moving company.
If you’re considering hiring ATB Moving for your next move, I urge you to reconsider and look for a different company. My recent experience with them while helping a friend with her move was nothing short of a disaster, and I want to share just how horrendous it was. To start, we had scheduled the movers to arrive between 12 PM and 2 PM, but ATB Moving decided it was perfectly acceptable to call my friend at 9 AM to demand that they come immediately. Yes, you read that right—9 AM!
FAKE REVEW !!! Not in our system nor do we have a 12–2 arrival time and would never force a customer to move their schedule time. Never moved this clowns friend!
I cannot recommend this moving company based on our recent experience. The movers arrived late to our apartment and then charged us for drive time. Their handling of our belongings was concerning - they pushed fragile boxes down stairs using a dolly rather than carrying them carefully. Throughout the move, they appeared rushed and even pressured me to complete the final paperwork before we had finished moving everything.

Booked a move. I was provided the incorrect quote off by 200.00 in writing. They then sent the invoice a couple of days before with a different amount and said they could not change it. I canceled because of the change in price and then they refused to return my deposit. Lousy unprofessional and dishonest

This company is not reputable. They were late and then did not wrap any of the furniture. They destroyed every piece they moved for us. Now the owner won’t respond to our phone calls. Will never recommend or use this company again.

I would like to say that this company is the best. Rick and Richard was so professional, courteous, kind and hardworking individuals. Moving is stressful, but Around the Block took away worries I’ve had in the past with other moving companies. They were friendly, reliable, and followed through with their set expectations. The movers were knowledgeable and thorough. Our crew did a fantastic job. They were careful with all of our possessions, and wrapped all the pieces for safe transport. We had a large piece of furniture on the second floor that difficult to get down. They expertly found a solution and were able to continue the move quickly. These guys are hardest working men in the moving industry.
