They must have purchased their reviews because this was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I used this company in September, and it was a nightmare! They showed up several hours late, arrived with no packing supplies or tools to take apart a basic bed. They were extremely slow, so I helped load the truck to speed things up. At one point, one of the guys got upset and went to sit in the truck, refusing to work. It was such a bad experience that I had to cancel the job halfway through.

What a nightmare. Horrible experience. Contracted for four movers. Only two showed up, three hours late. I hired them to load a 26 foot U-Haul for me in Rockwall. They were careless with my items and caused extensive damage. One being a one year-old LG washing machine, which was damaged beyond repair. The careless way they placed my items in the U-Haul, to me, was criminal. There was nothing professional about this loading. At the end, the workers gave up and stopped working.

My issue came post move, the movers finished very late after a late start… so I wasn’t able to check the condition of all items until the morning. I found a filing cabinet, wheels broken and drawer cracked/damaged. I have since not be able to contact Sunrise via email and no resolution to my request for information on how to file a claim. But overall the guys were great! Hard workers and super efficient while loading the truck!
Poorly coordinated workers. Packers did not know how to pack and dumped things into boxes. Manager was a 20 yr old kid. Move ended after midnight. Multiple things broken (Large screen tv, computer monitor, curio cabinet, dining table, dvd cabinet, etc. ) Company has a 10-day clause to file claims. However, they will not answer phone calls, text messages, emails or provide the forms necessary to file claims. Total scam.

These guys did a great job for us! Jojo, Xavier, and 3rd partner arrived on-time, and got to work. Friendly but professional, they kept moving the whole time, and were very accomodating. A no-hassle experience from end-to-end. Definitely recommend!
