The crew showed up 2 hours late. No phone calls. When it came time to load the truck we were told that we had to initially pay more because of the anticipated time it would take to complete the job. It actually took less time, but the manager refused to refund the overpayment. My intention was to actually tip the men with half of what was overcharged. At the end of the day they held my money hostage over less than $100.00. Totally unprofessional ownership and management.

Horrible experience, from logistics, to attitude, and service rendered. Had a call center taking their calls, who did not pass critical details (such as wrapping the furniture) and could only take a credit card over the phone. Who does that these days? Once underway, took 45 minutes to drive 13 miles (10 highway) and said it was because "we are driving a box car". Became noticeably bothered by my questioning the length of time as well. "That's the tone you want to set", was his reply.

Additional Comment: Owner's response is a direct lie - do not trust these people who can't even admit a mistake and just apologize. I never received one return call from them, even after I waited to write this review until AFTER the holiday to give them a chance to call and explain first. If you can't afford another company I understand, but just know that you're risking them not showing up with no notice. I should have done more detailed research on the company's reviews beforehand.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.I had CONDO movers moved everything in my place it's not that they are slow but they steal from you. Be careful I trusted them.thats why I didn't check until I'm unpacking cant find my dustpan first of all so maybe in this box cant find the dust pan on my last box God knows what in that box its stolen.One more I have 5 home depot boxes I m looking for my special water and tea. cant find it who knows. I know got stolen by this three movers.Thats a shame that I have to go thru this.

This was the worst experience I every had dealing with a so called professional. Dustin the owner was so rude and out of pocket when talking to me and my mother on the phone he rasied his voice many of times, the way he continually went back and forth with me thought text message was just ridiculous. His truck went dead and he didn’t have extra anything any extra batteries, or jumper cables. I had to use my car and my jumper own cables to jump his moving truck.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! Hired these movers to help my relatives move based on the good reviews here and that was a big mistake since these guys are complete amateurs. First off, the movers showed up an hour late. Tried calling them to see what was going on, answering machine only, and no back up number. Big, red flag there. I'm used to professional companies who show up on time, if not, earlier, and call you if any troubles come up!

Be cautious about the positive reviews. The movers are very insistent that a positive review be written and posted before they leave and you can inspect for damage. They also confirm with the office that they got their positive review. I did write a positive review which I deleted because at the time the move seemed to have been ok, but not so upon inspection. A wood threshold was ripped off from the bedroom being moved out of. I found the jagged broken piece in my nightstand drawer. A floor vase was broken .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I regret it every single day that we didn’t investigate further before using them to move out of our condo. The owner, Dustin, is one of the most unprofessional business owners I’ve ever had to deal with. He was very hostile and rude, yelled at me and my boyfriend, hung up on us when we tried to go over all of the issues with our move, and then he ignored our calls. He even has gone as far as to slander us and lie instead of owning up to everything he’s done.
