In their own words
On October 4, 2023, our church contracted with your company to move a grand piano from our church to a private home in a city nearby. The two young men who met me at the church to pick up the piano, Mike and Dathan, were outstanding in every respect. They arrived on time with a smile and a handshake, immediately began disassembling, packing, and loading the instrument on the truck.

We had such a great experience with Tobias and Trevor! They treated our piano like it was their own—careful, patient, and so respectful throughout the whole process. Excellent job moving my upright piano from Florida to PA! No damage, piano arrived on time, fair price. Cheryl was very helpful and informative, answering all my questions along the way. 10/10, would do business with them again.

This is an organization that knows how to deliver customer service. I'll spare some of the finer details but Hamilton Piano Company (HPC) really came through for us in a bit of a bind. Essentially, we needed to move our grand piano from one residence to the next and it was time sensitive. We had a last minute hiccup with another provider (trusted and excellent in their own right) and plans needed to be aborted. It was very stressful but I was referred to Cheryl at HPC.
