Disappointed with my service. The crew was punctual and mostly professional and the staff on the phone was wonderful, however, the moving crew threw my stuff around and almost every piece of furniture was scratched or scuffed. No padding was used in the truck between furniture. They threw my uncovered mattress off my balcony and thankfully, I had my own mattress topper still on it or else the actual mattress would have gotten damaged and dirty. My bed was also disassembled and put back together wrong.
We have tried to contact you many times in regards to this situation. Please feel free to reach out to the office [phone removed] and we are here and willing, to try and rectify this situation. I apologize that you didn't have a seamless move.
I have used this company before and I did not hesitated to call them again. Unfortunately my ATT router $175.l value , a nice led wine opener and a small ladder were stolen from a foot rest/ storage that we forgot to seal with tape. It …
We spoke about this matter and we offered to work with you on the situation about the items claimed to be misplaced. (No one stole a ATT router or wine opener). You stated that it was no big deal and not to worry about it. All of the guys on your job work directly for Meehan's.
The worst moving experience ever!!! Mike was great when he came out to estimate the job - boy were we fooled - on packing day, and also on moving day - there were NO FAMILY MEMBERS PRESENT - so much for family moving. His wife Sheila was initially nice to speak with on the phone - but does not keep her word!!!! On moving day as we started the walk through, one of the movers 'fell off' the back of the truck - fortunately not hurt seriously, but that ended the walk through - only for us to discover that several…
Unfortunately, I called Emma on Monday to get a quote for my move from Florida to Georgia. She mentioned that the best way to provide a quote was for the gentleman to come out to my house. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19th. I took time off from my job to ensure I was home by 1:30 p.m. However, when I called him, he didn’t show up. Emma informed me that I wasn’t on the schedule, but she could put me on for next week.
On time, hustled all day. Very careful and polite. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Great job! Update: Used them again and very disappointed in the service this time. Different crew and different results. Would not recommend again.

I just completed a move to West Palm Beach with Meehan’s Family Moving Company and I have to say, Emma, was wonderful to work with on the phone, setting up an estimate, and then the move date. The move date, thanks to five properties with a monster’s gallery of reasons each had to be rejected, and each one, right before closing! Emma helped me move the date like a champ! When she was calling to confirm it, I was 99% going to give her a different destination address!
