AAA movers has been an absolute nightmare! I'm missing a couch, a lamp, and umbrella base. My boxes were broken. My antique furniture is damaged.my mattress and white chase lounge all dirty.broken garden tools,tv,lamps,dishes,way to much to mention.they were 2 hours late.ive been calling everyday to get things resolved and get nothing but a run around unanswered calls, and broken promises.. some of the items damaged and missing were my deceased son's

Possibly the most unprofessional service that I have used. I had a move scheduled last month that was handled very poorly by the team. A reservation between 8-10 AM was scheduled and confirmed. The moving team did not show up and the customer care team was not returning my phone calls. I had to call the MN office to even talk to someone who then sorted out a new move. The new team did not ARRIVE until 3:30PM.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER was hiring them! We hired them to move from one apartment to another within the city. Please, go anywhere else but this company. They broke a lot of our furniture, to the point where some items were irreparable (and cost $1,000+ to replace). They also lost screws to our bed frame and we almost had to buy a new one, because we struggled to put it back together without them. Luckily we moved all the actual fragile items ourselves, and I am so thankful we did.

I hired these guys for a move 6/12. They basically dragged their feet to make more money damaged railings and door frames. No response from management about a fourth guy,I hired for service sitting on his rear end on the truck for over an hour. Anywhere else this would be considered theft! They disassembled furniture and then didn't put it back together. My king bed they did reassemble was not correct. It's slats sticking out from under the mattress.

Movers were awesome but company has horrible business practices. I was quoted $850 for a 3 man job. The day of my move they sent two men, 15 minutes before the arrival deadline. This threw off my old buildings elevator schedule and my new buildings schedule and added on to my neighbors wait times. I was charged $1,100 for my job when the only reason I went with this company is because they agreed to match another quote that I got for $850. $1,100 to move from a one bedroom apartment to a studio apartment.

Horrible experience! I was given a window for them to arrive between 12-6pm. By 545pm, no one had called to let me know when they would arrive, so I called them. I was forwarded to operations manager and got his VM. 15 min later (so just after final time there were supposed to have arrived), a mover calls me and says they were just given the job, that they were over an hour away and do I still need to move. Since I took the day off to move, my answer was still yes.

They were recommended through face book so I scheduled for the 28th of dec 2024 the movers showed up late with a half full truck spent 30 mins organizing it to fit my stuff one was on the phone on my kitchen while that was happening he also used my restroom at boot locations for a total of 20 minutes they loaded some of my things and the truck was full mind you they are charging by the hour and damaged my custome bears corn hole game I tried to contact the company but the where closed on the week end they refused…

My recent move with AAA Movers on the last Friday of this month was an extremely disappointing experience. I hired them to move basic household furniture and TVs from one apartment to another, and what I received was far from acceptable. The moving crew worked incredibly slow, and one of the team members spent more time on their phone than actually helping. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism.
