WARNING: Calculated Scams, Illegal Threats, and Financial Harassment I am sharing this to warn other Minnesota residents. Do not be misled by the "reasonable rates" mentioned in other Google reviews here; those reviews follow a suspicious template that does not reflect the predatory reality of this company. Deceptive "Bait-and-Switch" Pricing: I moved a simple 1/1 apartment (fully packed) to a unit only 18 minutes away. I was quoted $550, but once they had my items, they demanded over $1,300—a 230% increase.
Hi, Michelle. We take allegations like these extremely seriously, and after a thorough review of our records, we are unable to locate any move booked under the name Michelle H, nor any job that aligns with the details described in this review.
If I can give 0 stars I would. They broke my TV and when I let them know the movers broke my TV they issued me a $24 refund. Yes $24 for a broken TV!!! I am so disappointed! Below I attaché the email they sent me so you would see it for yourself. Dear Hodo, I am pleased to inform you that we have resolved your claim. AAA Movers will issue a refund of $24.00, which will be credited back to the card used for your move.
Hodo We are sorry that you had a negative experience with AAA Movers. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We do see that you refused TV box rental and signed the LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY form. Without having the TV box rental we only offer .60 cents per pound for damage to the TV.
We were really disappointed with our experience with this moving company. We did a two part move where we had them take essentially half of our stuff out of our house for staging and put it in storage, with the other half planned for the day after closing of the purchase of our new home. We picked this company because they manage their own storage, yet they forgot they had our stuff in storage by the time the 2nd part of the move came, causing them to schedule a separate team on the following day.

My partner and I hired AAA Movers recently and it was an awful experience. My partner was told we were first on the list for moving - the movers showed up three hours late despite her calling and inquiring about where they were. Once the movers arrived, they moved incredibly slow, and told her that we were the only job they had that day. They clearly didn't care about doing their job efficiently, and moved so slow that it felt as if they were doing it on purpose to run up the clock.

What took other movers less than 3 hours to do ended up taking 10 hours for this company. So guess what that did to the estimate THEY provided? More than doubled it. I asked for two teams and two trucks to MAKE sure everything was moved in aREASONABLE amount of time but was told when the movers showed up that they never agreed to that and the sales person basically lied and their way was more efficient.

Do not use this company!!!! !They are nothing but thieves. I was quoted 2 movers for 2 hours and the company sent out 3 movers. The move was only 38 minutes and they charged for the full one hour. Also, I was told my furniture would be assemble by the sales associates Kyle Johnson. The movers told me last minute they could not do that because it was in boxes already. Terrible business practices!! This thief of a company should be ashamed of themselves scamming people.

2nd time I've used AAA Movers on my long hauls to MN and they do NOT disappoint. They communicate. Show up on time and work hard for the entire time. My customers love them. Very professional team. The 2 young Men were considerate. They were careful to respect my carpet, walls, ceiling lights, and doors as they very attentively moved the furniture. They answered all of my questions and I trusted them from the start. I HIGHLY recommend AAA Movers. Malik and Blake were AWESOME!
