TL;DR - it will take 2x the time they estimate, and you have to list *every item* you want them to move, or it will cost you double what they say. I had a horrible experience with this company. A careless worker damaged my furniture and did unrepairable damage to my front door. The worker attempted to downplay the incident despite me witnessing it happen. Cameron(business owner) was sleazy and handled my claim in bad faith. They repeatedly attempted to ignore damage to my furniture and focus only on the door.

Hired college muscle movers for our last move and it was a very unfortunate experience. When on the phone for our consultation we sent photos of everything we owned. He told us it could be a “tight squeeze” with our items and allotted time so they suggested adding a third mover for $100 an hour, so we did that. Only 50% of our things ended up on the truck. The truck was packed poorly and they refused to stack any boxes due to risk of things getting broken.

They are the absolute worst, slowest, incompetent moving company. They cannot load a truck properly to save their lives. They also did nothing but badmouth the company while they were moving us, I booked a whole day, and was told after 4 hours I was told their day was done unless I wanted to pay more. At the end of the day, what was supposed to be $1,400 ended up being $3,600, I also had to have them re-do the contract multiple times for them to actually get it correct.

I recently used them for a fourth move. Between not working for the first hour, the inappropriate behavior, not completing the job, and damaging the landscaping this company has really let their quality slip. I won't even consider pricing with them in the future. *This is my third time using College Muscle Movers and my roommate's first.

I hired this company as muscle only, with the assumption that they would not toss aside all logic, consideration and common sense when it came to handling, protecting and loading my items. After my experience working with these movers, I would not recommend this company for any services in the future simply because of the way the movers conducted themselves, the way they handled my furniture, what appeared to be their lack of knowledge in loading and their lack of consideration in keeping my furniture clean.

Not piano movers... I've used this company twice. The first time they did a good job moving my furniture and boxes across town. The price was fair. So I hired them again. The second time, they said they could move my piano from one apartment to another in the same building. The crew struggled mightily – and dropped my piano. One man was injured and I will never forget the sound of my beloved piano falling on its back. Professional piano movers have moved my piano several times without any "accidents".

College Muscle Movers is the most negligent movers I have had to date. Not only did they just dump my belongings, they broke my big screen TV (reimbursement offered $30.00 on a $1200.00 Samsung TV). Don't let them get away with saying they don't know me or cannot find me in their files, they just moved my belongings on 7/5/22. I have a pic of 2 of their movers looking at what they just did to my TV but these 2 pics should be sufficient enough to show their expertise.
