Keep an eye on the movers in your home if you hire this company. My $3,000. Tag Heuer watch was stolen from a bedroom dresser by one of the movers employed by this company. When I reported the theft, the company owner told me that I had signed a contract which said (in fine print) that I was responsible for any of my valuables... BEWARE: You just might be giving them permission to rob you!!!
Hi Ann, We take all concerns seriously. This move was completed over a year ago, and we hadn't heard anything about a missing item until recently. We would like to note that we do not believe anyone from our team took your watch, especially since your initial review was extremely positive.
Several broken items were reported to Robert to get fixed. Robert’s son responded within 48 hrs to assess the damage. However, It’s been two months without a response from Robert and the items are still broken (not repaired or replaced) … very frustrated

Driving into the oncoming lane to force your way into a line in Sedona cutting people off who have been waiting for hours to get into Slide Rock IN 2 OF YOUR COMPANY WORK TRUCKS and 2 personal vehicles does not look for the company's image. It just doesn't seem worth being that way for something as simple as Slide Rock. You put people in danger and prevented 4 cars that were waiting in line to go in for a "water slide".
I wish that I could write a review like the one I did 6 years ago and be able to recommend AAA Soto to friends as I have done over the years - but that's not to be. I reported a number of problems soon after a March 2026 move and the replies were cavalier, untimely and uncaring. Nobody from AAA Soto showed much interest and certainly made no effort to offer a solution. It may be worth noting that 6 years ago every man working the move was a Soto and this past time not a single Soto was among the 3 movers.
I can’t speak to their moving ability. My experience is with their driver on the road. Highly dangerous, driving at high speeds to cut people off on the highway with a trailer then slamming on his brakes when he can’t cut you off. I hope whatever they are moving for you is safely secured inside.
Forced to follow two trucks all the way up to summerhaven going 10 to 15 mph below speed limit leading a large line of cars. Really need to train drivers better

We used Soto's to help us move this past weekend as my mom and I were swapping houses. The guys were nice, friendly, and communicative. They arrived on time and did a great job protecting our furniture. Things got a little crowded once we got to my destination (which was still full of my mom's furniture that they also had to move back up to the original starting point) but they handled everything fantastically and quickly. Pricing was very fair and I would definitely hire them again for any future move.
hired this company for a residential move within Tucson. They had great communication for scheduling and arrival, they were polite, they wrapped the furniture with protection, protected the front door, put protection down for the flooring---all for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely use them again
AAA Soto’s is amazing! I have never had a moving company work like they did. They were very thoughtful in moving our belongings. They lined the frame of the front door with padding, laid out a ramp to the front door because it was a step up, rolled out protective material on the ground to protect the tiles and worked so hard and so quickly. They looked professional (Not like some moving companies whose workers look like thugs out of jail), they were communicative, listened and followed instructions really well.
We have made several moves throughout the country and without a doubt, AAA Sotos Moving has the most professional movers we have experienced! Their care and concern for us and for our possessions has been beyond reproach. If you are looking to hire the best, please know this is what you can expect from AAA: 1. Considerate, polite, kind, communicative and passionate personnel who do all they can for customer satisfaction.
