Unprofessional and rude owner. Main sticking point is the owners handling of business. He didnt take responsibility for the packaging and handling of a sentimental guitar. The guitar was missing its case, and was placed in a "speed pack". There were damages (cracks and scratching). We spoke and both of us agreed to resolve this by taking it to his resources for repair. A few hours later he claimed to have gone to 2 repair shops and feedback was it was not his fault.

We had a easy move from a two bedroom apartment, to a single level home 5 miles down the street. Went bad from the get go when Starving Students were suppose to do the job, but they sub-contracted out to these guys. Oh, no. The start time was 8 a.m. and they didn't show up till 2:30. A three man crew altogether, and no shrink wrap, or tape. One started complaining already, and the other not fit to move "himself". After the Owner had to be called, and had to come out to rescue his unfit "mover" things got worse.

I will preface by stating that the foreman was extremely friendly and polite, and communication was for the most part prompt and concise. Nothing large was damaged or broken in the move. However, the rest was a bit of a nightmare. One of the employees approached me while I was alone and behaved extremely inappropriately. I called the foreman to complain and that employee did not assist with the remaining move.

This could have easily been a 5 star rating and I would’ve loved to give a higher rating however the way my concerns were handled was not acceptable. I scheduled my move with Abba and sons on January 22nd for Saturday, March 2nd at noon and was quoted $178. On Friday, March 1st I reached out and confirmed my move for the Saturday at noon. I scheduled for noon because I wouldn’t have the keys to my new place until around 10 a.m. when the office at my new complax opened.

WORTH THE READ! UPDATE: Ze've, the owner, stored ALL of my belongs in his storage facility (they did all of the packing, my apartment was completely empty when they were done). He held my things until he had other deliveries out of state as my belongs were being delivered to Spokane WA. Once he had sufficient deliveries he brought mine to Spokane. When I arrived at my storage unit in Spokane on the day.of delivery, they had arrived early and unloaded my things. I , again trusted them and signed off.

Called to schedule a move and was told they would send 2 men and a 26 foot truck, but on moving day they arrived in a 17 foot truck which is 1/2 the cubic feet as a 26 foot truck. The 2 guys were great , worked hard and fast but we were forced to make 3 trips instead of 1 or possibly 2 which added a lot of time to my move. I email the office to inquire about it and was told the bigger trucks had been given to other jobs and while they were sorry for my inconvenience no refund or credit would be made.

Moved in May of 2014 out of Tucson. Sales person who came to my house was nice, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. After calling around, I decided to go with Abba and Sons. She and I set a date for me to make a deposit. That day came and went and I called her and she told me that she would call me back. She did, a week or two later, and asked if I had ever made my deposit. After giving her my credit card number, she told me that there was a service fee for using my card.

Worst moving company in the city of Tucson .. inexperienced movers seem to be totally clueless about everything ..I believe that these guys are just simply hired off the street randomly.. a lot of my items were damaged by carelessness and most of the movers were young, seemingly , and rude.. inexperienced... They start their clock before they leave the gate of the company and when they arrive at your destination they stand around talking doing nothing I think it's just a gimmick built-in to extract extra time and…
