Before booking: check their Yelp reviews as well. Do not be deceived by the Google reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is based on a move I coordinated for my mom, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What was originally advertised and confirmed over the phone: 1:00 PM move time $75 per hour 2 men + truck. Estimated total: $400–$500 $150 deposit (paid via Stripe, to be applied toward total) From the start, things began to shift.

Worst company ever, did not move ask of my items. Over charged. Said everything was packed only for me to find a complete nightmare a day before I had to be out of my place. Wardrobe boxes were packed full of my clothing, vintage lithographs and handmade pottery. Shoes on clothing on candles with toys and glass frames! A pair of CHANEL shoes leather is completely crushed. $500 shoes destroyed! Clothes were shoved into my own sweatshirts, stretching out the sweatshirts and wrinkling/running other clothing items.

The most unprofessional fone call I have ever experienced when requesting a quote from a company. Right off the bat asked for my budget to which I responded I am looking for as cheap as possible-sorry I dont have number at the top of my head i came to inquire not be inquired, to which the person very rudely responded "cheapest would be to do the work yourself". I should have hung up then.

Let me start by explaining that we closed on our house earlier than anticipated and had to scramble to find a moving company as there was really only one day we could move. I called 2 companies, and this one was available. They got 4 stars and were BBB accredited, so I felt safe. When I called to get a quote for this move, I was only informed the cost would be $135/hr for 2 movers with a 2 hour minimum. A truck fee, fuel fee, and material fee were not mentioned.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT choose this moving company!!! It’s a SCAM! Gilberto “Gil” the mover had a negative attitude from the moment he walked into my place. Complaining that moving my 1 bedroom apartment was a 3 person job. Complaining that my scheduled, by their manager NOT ME, noon move should have been a “morning job.” Their boss just as useless they kepy my $150 deposit after his employee threw tantrum over staffing and scheduling. Honestly felt like a SCAM!
