Hired this company to move my two bedroom apartment to a house. We were quoted for three hours but it took nearly double that. The sales team low balled the estimate by nearly half and we ended up paying double the estimated price. Movers even told us that we didn't have very much stuff. We were not informed that we would need to pay for supplies when asked if they had blankets for the TVs.

Hello! I personally would not work with smart movers. The movers smelled like cigarettes when they entered my residence. They were extremely nice, but used my bathroom without asking. They also used the time that I was paying for to start some conversations. I assumed with how friendly they were being and saying that they were basically already done, they would take some of the hours worked off since they were conversing with me, but they didn't.
I hired this company in Tucson through Damian and it was the biggest mistake. I have hired many movers in the past, including several for major and cross country moves. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I hav been fighting Damian from Smart Move for months. He refuses to uphold his company policy after damaging many items and completely destroying other property.

One star because 0 isn’t an option. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. We were charged $1,400 over the estimate partially if not all because we were promised four movers and only got three. In the 12 hours it took them to move our house they did not provide a 4th person. They did not hold up their end of the contract. The movers were nice however they damaged our walls at both houses. Additionally, they left behind a lot of stuff so we now have to spend even more money to rent a U-Haul to move it ourselves.

Normally I don't leave any reviews but Tristen and Jordan were a God sent. They moved everything really quick and efficiently. I can't believe that I moved so quickly. They were cordial and nice the whole time. They also asked where I wanted everything so they could leave it there. I can't believe they were this good! Totally recommend it if it is in your budget or something that you need! Even if you are not sure you should give a call and just check out if it is the right fit for you

Jordan, Andy & Beau were fantastic. It happened to be the hottest weekend so far this summer at 111 degrees. All 3 were friendly from the moment they started till the minute they left. My stuff went into storage, they stacked everything so I can get to it to access the boxes so I can go thru my stuff. Thanks again you guys were life savers.

Devon, Jason and Jacob, did a fantastic job. This is 3 guys that bust butt the entire time they were on the job. I'd have zero problems hiring these guys again, and I will for sure recommend them to anyone moving. 110 degrees outside. I don't know how they can do it, but they went over the top.
