AAA auctioned off all of my belongings, did not follow the law and provide notice, and refused to provide me any information I requested or the proceeds from the sale. Very shady business. Will be taking them to court for violating the law and causing extreme financial and emotional distress at the loss of all of my property. As to the business' response, I had made the payments in accordance with the agreement, and was 2 months behind when the unit was auctioned off.

I’ve had this unit since 2017 and it’s been one thing after another with the roof leaking into my unit and having water damaged containers. Then locking my unit because I missed the first day of payment. I make the payment but, this lady is so lazy refuses to open it for me because “we close in 5 minutes”. Find a unit somewhere else folks, this place does not take care of their buildings maintenance needs.
Francis, you have never let us know of a water issue, if you would like to call me, we can 100% inspect the unit and if need be, move you to a new unit, the lock issue, you are 29-days late, not one day, and per your lease we have 48-hours to remove our lock from non-payment, it is not due to…
Went to go rent a 10×10 unit (J7) and measured it with a taoe measure, it was 8ft4in deep by 10ft wide. I told the desk this and that I didn't want to pay a 10×10 price for an 8×10 unit and they told me they weren't a good fit then. She told me she couldn't reconfigure the units, I wasn't asking her to, but I think you should be honest about the size. She even tried to argue with me before I stated I measured it the correct way.
Christine, thank you for you feed back, the first time you came in and looked at a 5x9 and a 8x10 you said all of our measurements are off, you came in today and looked at a 10x10, and again said our measurements are all off and said it was an 8x10.

AAA Storage is well-run administratively, well maintained and secure for your personal storage needs. It has a wide variety of storage unit sizes available to suit your individual needs. The staff discussed with us about types of items we would be storing to determine the right size unit appropriate for us. The staff was very upfront about the rates and terms of the agreement, payment methods, etc. So there were no surprises when completing the contract. We were able to select a unit, not just assigned one.

I have had a unit at AAA for 5 years. I love being able to store all my seasonal decorations here. When my son was able to take some of his items out of my unit, the staff was very accommodating letting me move to a smaller unit. I love the location, as well as the setup within the coded gate.
