DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!! Locks being cut off is common place, whether it's from someone on the inside, or ppl cutting through the chain link fence, and I have the incident reports to prove it. I lost thousands of $$$ in possessions, and filed a police report, and now we are seeking legal action. The current property manager (Kim) hasn't helped at all, actually tried to downplay my loss...how insulting.
We strive to be the best in the area and are disappointed you did not receive that experience. We would appreciate it if you would please reach out to us at [email removed] or [phone removed] to discuss the details.
Gate has been stuck open for over a month. The security factor is gone and I don't think the owner of this facility really cares about their tenants. The employee (Kimberly) that is working now is doing a great job trying to get things taken care of. My suggestion to the owner is don't loose her. I believe she will get this storage facility back in shape. Thank you.

Not bad. Ownership changed and prices went up a bit. Also everywhere online it says 24/7 access but that's not true. One of my biggest annoyances is seeing everything that says it's always open to access my unit and I learn after I rented a unit that it's only 6am-10pm. Very frustrating

If I could give this poor excuse for a storage place negative stars, I would. I've had my things at this storage facility since July of this year. First, there is no electricity in the units and it's 24 hour accessible. Why would it be 24 …

Sarah was wonderful!!!! She helped me throughout the entire process, no robot phone system/ real live person and the price is the best in town. I left my storage to come here and paid less than half of what I was paying. Sara was very nice and easy to talk to. Being treated like a human and not a $ sign was a great feeling.

Sara is an absolute gem! I first contacted her about a unit, because my previous storage facility would double my rate every 3/m. Sara was beyond accommodating for my needs, and was so easy and pleasant to work with. She also helped me with a spot at their vehicle/rv storage lot. Which she, again, made a last minute decision easy and seamless.

I just got off the phone with the Saint Peter’s location and the young lady I spoke with made this experience so easy… I have been dealing with corporate storage units for over three years and it has never been this easy. Everything was done online and over the phone pricing was excellent.
