All My Sons Moving & Storage

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Not only is the staff they hire unprofessional so are the owners/management. I used Two men & a truck in wichita, moving my grandmother two days prior. Superb move, easy, quick, productive and with care. This company and these two movers careless in all regards!!! Kicking supplies around, kicking Dollie’s and wrap and blankets down a 15 flight staircase. Leaving their trash all around the apartment grounds, taking breaks and disappearing for 10-15 minutes at a time.

We had a tenant use this company to move out. The movers completely damaged a security entrance and fire exit door. The company took over 4 months and denied the claim. I would give them a Zero star rating if it would let me. Make sure your take phots before and immediately after if you have anything you suspect of damage or they won't reimburse you. They will say it is your word against theirs. Be aware that this company is not insured by an outside carrier. They are self-insured.

Where Do I begin???? I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could have got past this! We scheduled our move for less than 3 weeks in advance. We sold our house for a luxury apartment for medical reasons. We knew, far in advance we would be signing our lease on Friday August 7. Our house was to close on Monday the 10th. I was assured our time was booked.

BEWARE! We hired a pack/load/unload from All My Sons (~$8k). The paperwork wasn't finalized until the morning of moving because of technical issues on their end. The move itself was careless. Items damaged upon arrival, door jams damaged during packing, etc. Truck and boxes seemed to be packed poorly with bad utilization of space and general disorganization. An entire bathroom in our house was left unpacked as well as several drawers in the kitchen (didn't notice until after the pack was finished).

As people say I would give them zero stars if I could. We had bad communication from the beginning. I was told by one person that we were the second move of the day and then when I called back to tell them I never received any emails that they had told me I would receive, that person told me we were the first move of the day. So we got to my daughter's apartment early on the day of the move and after about 3 hours of waiting I called and was told that, in fact, we are the second move on the schedule.

I would do zero stars if I could. First off they cancelled the move at the time they were supposed to be there. Then I made plans to do it the next morning. Then I got a call 2 hours later that they were at the house. No 30 minute I’m on the way phone call. Then tried to charge me for the 25 minutes they had to wait for me to get there. Then employees asking for a generous tip right out of the gate. When I said it was on a company card I’d see what I can do they told me Nevermind.

They were awful! Came in too late, did not put everything back together and when I called, they said they had another day for my moving which was never discussed and the second day that they lied about was a week after the original moving day which was stupid, confusing and a lie. They broke a few things, they left a few items from the first place which i had to move out later myself and they never took responsibility for anything.

I hate to say this, but scheduling was incredibly frustrating. The first time we had to reschedule it was for a perfectly legitimate—though unlucky— weather incident that I do not hold against them. However, the subsequent two additional reschedulings, the poor communication, the promise of a third man that went unfulfilled, and the overall performance of the movers has earned the stars on this review. Unfulfilled promises aside, the movers took 4 hours to move 9 furniture items.
