In their own words
I have waited to do this review as I wanted to give the owners plenty of time to get back to me, however to date I have not been contacted. On the day of our move two men came to our place and worked hard and finished in a timely manner. While moving in they broke several lower glass panels to our front room chandelier.
I would not recommend this company. They did not put items together as was agreed upon and then wanted to charge extra money plus a fuel charge to come back and do it. Their workers said they didn't have the tools to do it. No tools were needed. When I told them I wasn't happy about this...crickets.

Update June 2026: This is my third move with ABC, they are fast, friendly, professional and worth EVERY penny!! Original post: ABC was recommended to me by a friend. They made light work my my dresser (full oak) and floating kitchen island. This was from a 3rd apartment to a 3rd floor apartment and neither had elevators! Very professional, friendly and FAST!! Extremely reasonable price, great communication. I highly recommend!!!
Hired Aaron’s Back Company to load the contents of our 3 bedroom home into a Uhaul truck for an out of town move. Alan and Brandon arrived on time and efficiently worked until the job was completed. They took special care with our belongings, were careful and attentive. They effortlessly loaded a heavy gun safe. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring moving help.
A Move Made Easy by Aaron's Back Company I recently had the pleasure of hiring Aaron's Back Company to move my player piano and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. Not only were they quick to respond, but their team also exuded the utmost professionalism, making the entire process feel seamless. The reputation of being the most sought-after moving and labor company in the Billings, MT area is not something they've earned lightly.
I needed help unloading a 26-foot moving truck over an hour from Billings. The job included bringing a baby grand piano and a refrigerator up ten front steps, swapping out a washer and dryer in the basement, and lots of heavy furniture. The other company I called refused the contract, but Aaron and Chrystal were more than happy to help.
