In their own words
Hired these guys based on their good reviews but had a pretty poor experience with them. My new house is a complete disaster. Fragiles were smushed on the bottom of stacks of heavy boxes and broken. Furniture was stacked in front of boxes which bent pieces and we have no choice but to move it out of the home or somewhere else just to access boxes. Nothing was organized even though I tried telling the guys where to put things.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations. At McKell Brothers Hauling we take great care in handling every move and always strive to protect our customers belongings.

In their own words
I have to say, these gentelmen were the nicest, professional group of folks I ever worked with. They were careful with everything, arrived on time, worked efficiently and finished quickly. The price was very fair and worth every penny. If you chose to work with these folks, have everything ready to go. I had little tags on my items that they were to take. I had all the places picked out in my new home so they could just place it without having to wait. Doing that I saved money. Great job gents!!
I just moved to Billings and needed a heavy loveseat delivered as quick as possible. They gave me a fair price and were able to pick up the furniture from Big Lots in a short time and deliver. They were careful and did a walk through to ensure they would have minimal issues with getting to the basement apartment with a difficult turn, before they brought it down. They also assembled the loveseat and put it into its final spot. When I am ready to move out, I'll be giving them them a call.
We hired McKell Bros. to clean out our basement and to haul furniture to a storage facility. They were the least expensive option and the most responsive to our schedule needs. They showed up on time for each job and had a great crew. They cleaned out our basement, with 26 years of clutter, in under 2 hours, and swept the floor after. After finishing the furniture hauling, Chet advised us that our cost would be a little less than his quote. You don’t see that often. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
McKell Bros where do I begin to tell how professional, honest, ethical, fast, efficient, dedicated movers I have had pleasure of doing business with? Simple: THEY ROCK!! Am am a Flight RN whose had to move much in MT. 3 times have used Chet & his team of strong, fast and professional guys. Chet's quotes are honest & on point. Reasonable prices. Never had anything damaged, broken, scratched in all my moves. Tell all travel nurses, doctors, police, fire, EMS & church folks to general public only use McKell Bros!!
