I had a great experience with the manager, Megan at this storage facility. She helped me get into my unit by cutting off my old lock and replacing it with a new one quickly and professionally and I did not have to pay for this lock. She was kind, efficient and truly went above and beyond taking care of this matter.
I've been renting through Megan at Best Box for over a year. There is no place else like it. The vibe fills you with this positive energy, and Megan is a huge part of that. Ive rented at both King and Neighbauer. King is spotless, smells great and very cozy!! Also, nice and quiet. Neighbauer is a little further out and thats what I love about it! A little more country out that direction making it more secluded. Very nice place and beautiful surroundings. 🤍 MUCH love Megan/Best Box. Best company for storage!
I had a fantastic experience with this storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and very easy to access. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me when I lost the keys for my unit. It’s a huge relief knowing my belongings are in such a well-maintained and safe environment. Highly recommended!
