Lousy, slow and unprofessional. Do not trust these positive reviews. They were 50 minutes late and we’re so disorganized. One of the movers stood around vaping, waiting to be told what to do, while the other 2 movers were loading up. He even started riding our peloton bike in front of me, he was completely useless! They showed up with no blankets even tho i asked to have our furniture wrapped when I spoke to Dara. Our furniture was damaged and the walls were dented.

Contacted Wise Moving to assist with transporting tiles from two suppliers to a new construction home. I received a text from Sara within minutes of contacting the company; shortly after we discussed details via phone. Sara was advised of the ask, provided transport locations and told that this is a new construction home and the movers will need to bring the tiles in to the home.
The worst moving experience ever! Was told all furniture would be wrapped with blankets and shrink wrap,but when the movers came they had one blanket and they ran out of shrink wrap in half an hour. What should’ve only taken five hours to move, it took over 12 hours because they came equipped with one hand truck. They left half of my stuff at my old resident and my bed in the middle of the lobby and refused to move the rest of my stuff.
Dara misled me. The movers did extensive damage to both condos. One of them brand new!! I’m spending $$$ just to fix the walls, doorways and ceiling damaged. They did not speak English, so it was difficult to communicate. I felt bad for the 2 guys who came as they were clearly trying their best but they were not professional movers.
Don’t trust the positive reviews. They are obviously fake or done by his friends. Had to use Dara because our mover cancelled on us on short notice. He will quote one price and then when gets your stuff in his truck will increase the price. Not good business practice but he knows you will only use him once.
Used to be good but now they just take jobs on commission and send other companies to do the move. The last mover they sent fired his helper halfway through the job so we had to help out and still pay the full amount. Won’t recommend as you don’t know who will show up at the job.
One of the worst movers in surrey.the movers r so unprofessional and slow .3hours work not finished on10 hours movers will take brake more than 2 hours to make hours and they will damage your wall ,door and every where. Never ever call these guys to move
Like the other low review. Please don't trust the +ve reviews. Avoid. Bait and switch (once they have loaded half the truck) rates.

10/10 !! Dara was great at communicating and showed up on time . His team was super friendly and efficient. They had all the proper equipment to make everything a breeze. And the best part, not being charged more then i was quoted. No hidden fees or additional charges. I would 100% hire these guys again. Thanks again boys
We had a very good experience with wise moving. They 1st came to our previous home to check how much furniture we had, so they could determine what size truck was needed. They brought the right size, as everything fit perfectly, without any extra space. Once they got to our new place they moved all furniture & assembled the larger furniture. Nothing was damaged, nothing was dirty. They brought plastic wrap to wrap some furniture, as well as blankets.
Great value and timely. It’s a family business too, so it’s better to work with as opposed to those big moving companies. Our movers were extremely helpful and efficient with the move!
We recently had RJ and his crew move our apartment to a storage facility and wanted to say RJ is worth hiring. He made sure we were satisfied and was very cautious and understanding in the way he responded to our concerns. RJ was on time to begin the day and not in a rush to go home at the end of the day until the job was complete.
