In their own words
I had damaged items and when I claimed them, they told me the general insurance covers $0.60 per pound (as if things are measured by weight?). A $45 “reimbursement” for a broken lampshade, a broken storage box, and a damaged shelving unit. I did not accept it because it just didn’t make sense to me. The gentlemen who worked were respectful and nice. At first, they were taking their sweet time. My friend and I did as many runs from the house to the truck as they did.
Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed 8:00 AM moving booking. The day before the move, I was not called. I only received a text saying their truck had brake line problems and asking to reschedule me to the next day at 10:00 AM. When I replied later, I was then told it would actually be 11:00 or 11:30 AM. For a move with strict timing, this kind of last-minute change and text-only communication is not acceptable.
I had high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The movers arrived late and the move took much longer than expected. It didn't feel very efficient, and things only started moving once we jumped in to help ourselves. I also wasn't impressed with how carefully our belongings were handled. One of our walls was dinged during the move, and there were times when it felt like chatting took priority over getting the job done.

They lost my apple speaker and all the packed items which were supposed to be kept in the storage full of mud and dry leaves when i paid for storages

Thank you Local Movers for the amazing service! The team helped move my whole house into our new townhouse, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The movers arrived on time, handled all the furniture very carefully, and worked very efficiently without causing any scratches or damage. Well we hired Local Movers, and the whole experience was a five star plus job well done. Let me quickly take you through some of the highlights. First, we phoned Shivam and booked our moving date. He was very accommodating. The day of the move, the movers arrived. They were clean looking, dressed in moving garb, and possessed floor runners which were clean, and rolls of shrink wrap for the furniture.

I had a great experience with Abhimaan and Bheem from Local Movers Ltd. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and ready to get to work. They handled all of my belongings with care and made sure everything was properly protected and secured before moving it. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and their experience really showed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how efficient and fast they were without ever rushing or being careless.

I booked their moving services at the very last minute . The booking process was so smooth . I want to recommend everyone to use their moving services because of following reasons : Special shout out to BHEEM and SACHREET first of all . 1) Punctual , I gave them time to show up at 10:30 am . They showed up on time. 2) Organized , they know what they are doing and protect things which required extra care. 3) Friendly : Both of them are super friendly , they are well paired together .
