In their own words
We had a two home move scheduled for Dec of this year. We moved two homes into one..leaving nothing but heavy items in the houses. The company didn't show up on time. They lost some of the bags of screws that were taken from some of the furniture and finally they damaged the bottom of my 1500.00 adjustable, vibrating, lit, platform for my king size brand new purple mattress. Instead of replacing the platform they offered me a ridiculous 150.00 for the damage.
This move did not go well. We paid to have an additional person to pack remaining items and anything that was packed, which we could find very little of, was thrown into whatever they could fine. No new boxes were supplied or used. Items were damaged, furniture gouged, glassware broken, and items chipped. Items that were moved can't be found. The furniture was not reinstalled correctly and had gouges. The movers did not treat our property well.
Paid them to move my piano. They broke a piece of it and my husband told me not to pay them. I spoke to Jeff on the phone and he was so reassuring that they’d take care of it that I trusted him and I went ahead and paid them. I leaned my lesson. They sent me $70 to fix something that a professional finish carpenter quoted me $300 to fix. I called back and he basically said that’s what happens, movers’ insurance doesn’t pay to cover the full amount of anything, and hung up on me.
I hired two men and a 22 foot truck. I only had a 10 by 16 foot storage. They did not take it all. Probably took about 14 feet. They moved my stuff less than 2 miles. They charged me $462.00 for 3.5 hours to move 5 minutes away. I will now have to hire someone to move the rest of my stuff. There was something dropped, but I don't think that it will be worth my time to file a claim as the person in the office was not willing to work with me.
Used this company just yesterday, they sent Austin and Jack. The guy in office said they will arrive 1245pm but they were late arrived at 120pm and started to work at 130pm. Yes, they were fast enough to do the moving but they are always on …

Working with Aaron and everyone associated with AB&C Moving and Delivery proved to be a very painless and positive experience--especially compared to my experiences with other moving companies in the past. The guys in the crew were all very pleasant, professional, and capable. They took great care and exercised skill in disassembling and reassembling certain items of furniture that required it. No damage was done to either of the homes or the furniture in this local move. My wife and I were very satisfied.
Wanted to drop a review and say what a fantastic job the team did with our move. Aaron was very responsive to text and quick to respond. This team earned every penny and more with the size of our move. They were early the day if the move and ready to go. Thank you for everything!

Made moving a breeze!! Adam, Ben, Peter, & Sean were such a great team to help us do a local move into our new house. They were careful & cautious with our things, all while being efficient & fast with getting things loaded and unloaded. Would absolutely recommend AB&C & we will use them again in the future for our junk removal too!
