BEWARE BEFORE USING! DAMAGED MY TABLE AND AGGRESSIVE EMPLOYEES THAT YELL AT YOU! I had a table moved and they tore up the legs of my table. I pointed it out that they scuffed it and chunked it horribly. The mover treated me terrible. Totally degraded me and treated me like I was lying.. Saying that I was wrong and they did no such thing. You need to know you bought a used table and that isn’t my problem!

Horrible Customer Service – Wasted My Time and Overcharged! My experience with Two Guys and a Truck was beyond disappointing, and the customer service was the worst part of it all. The movers wasted 45 minutes of my time, and when I reached out to their customer service team, I was met with complete indifference. Instead of taking responsibility, they just brushed it off and tried to placate me with a pathetic refund that didn’t even come close to covering the time or money they wasted.

Horrible experience, the guys did not wrap any furniture in plastic or moving pads and nearly every piece was damaged because they put everything on the side and slid a dolly underneath or they just chose not to wrap and protect anything. Brand new white linen chair now has stains all over it, every dresser is damaged, broke a bed frame, broke a nightstand, tore hole in new house flooring, guys threw their empty drink containers in my yard, stole a phone charger.

Never, ever use this company! They damaged more things than I want to think about and because we had to put into storage for a few months they washed their hands of us and will not help us now with the damage. Our furniture was way in the back of the storage locker and no one could get to it to cause the damage-the movers were the ones to do it. My mom left me a cedar chest that is my most treasured possession. Inside of it I packed up all the things nearest and dearest to my heart.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THE DRIVERS LEAVING THE COMPANY TO YOUR HOUSE, PAY FOR THE HOURLY RATE ONCE THEY GET TO YOUR HOUSE, THEN PAY FOR THE TIME IT TAKES THEM TO GET BACK TO THE OFFICE. Y'ALL CAN BE SOME FOOLS IF YOU WANT TO, BUT THEY GOT ME AND LIFE MESSED UP!!!!!!!!! Now, I understand the hourly rate that starts upon arrival and ends upon completion.

I had a move and junk removal on October 28. The team mistakenly disposed of part of my recliner unintentionally. I told the gentleman that if I couldn't get the chair back to take with them. I was assured that they could retrieve it. I did not seek any credits or anything because I was told someone would contact with the back of my recliner Monday with next steps no one contacted me I had to reach out.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Coming from somebody who moves frequently, this was the worst company I have dealt with by far. You are charged by the hour and they take advantage of that situation. I have used many moving companies all of the other previous ones charged by the job and they were in an out in no time. Since Two Men and a Truck charges by the hour they do not have the same motivation to be expeditious.
We've used 2 men and a truck twice. The first time was great. The second time not so. great. We don't have much So it's not hard to discover something missing. In this case it happens to be a very nice round end table that was my Mother's. It was the first item loaded on the truck and was not unloaded at our new address. We were told everything was off the truck and they needed our signature saying so. They didn't say have a look around to make sure everything is there.

The experience I had with this business was great. They were very professional, their communication was amazing and they were very helpful and informative. If I had questions, they answered. I am an army veteran and I love doing things myself. Unfortunately, life has given me many hurdles and calamity. These guys worked hard and quick to get things done and we're very accommodating.

The team that moved my senior mother's belongings to the memory care facility was absolutely great in every way. First of all, I scheduled the move the night before and they accommodated me the next day. They arrived promptly within the window they said. There was confusion with my mom when they arrived and they worked very graciously around that. They were pleasant and courteous as they were attentive to carefully wrapping and thoroughly loading everything.
