I would like to file a formal complaint about the service I received. When I called to ask about the moving service, I was given a specific price for the job. However, once the service was completed, I was told that the cost was different and I was asked to pay a higher amount than what had originally been agreed upon. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional, since customers make their decisions based on the price that is initially communicated.

I received an email quote for $120 per hour for 2 gentlemen and a truck (who turned out to be two elder gentlemen). $100 down payment. I was looking at 2-3 hours. I had EVERTHING packed. See the picture. And I have video of the entire move and everything that happened. When they arrived, the white guy started trying to tack on extra $ for stairs. Why didn't you disclose this before, when you first gave me my quote? So the first thing you do in person is to start upcharging me immediately?!

Terrible experience. The movers showed up 1 hr late, the main guy gave attitude since he walked in the door, the truck was small and didn’t fit all the pieces I wanted to moved. The main guy didn’t treat my furniture carefully, had to asked several times not to drag them, overall not professional at all.

I unfortunately had a bad experience dealing with this company. I have used this company before and was trying to continue to give my support. Unfortunately I had the same experience another REVIEWER had on here. The truck arrived like it came from the junk yard. It was beaten up and didn’t even display the logo of the company or anything. This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They very unprofessional, told us one price then in the end was trying to charge $650 for a job that’s not worth it. Not to mean the workers work very slow just to try to get more money out of you it took 3 hours just for them to get my stuff out of a small storage then it took them almost 40 minutes just to get to my house that was 15 minutes away and to top it off I’m pregnant sitting in the house waiting for them to put my stuff inside I come outside and…

TOTAL SCAM! He quoted me $350 for less than a studio worth of stuff. He only wants to accept ZELLE or CASH and none of the other major credit card options. At the end he wanted to charge me $700. Hired them to move a small studio, 7 boxes, 2 dressers, TV and a bed, to move for 7 miles, they give an estimate of 350$ then charged 700$ And they just wouldn’t talk wouldn’t work around and just said they just gonna hold on my stuff till I pay….

We hired ABA movers to unload a 16’ truck full of nice furniture and a heavy expensive upright piano. As a moving company owner myself I was impressed with the strength and work ethic of the gentlemen. Daniel and his partner effortlessly moved everything and made sure it was placed in the right room.
