Horrible experience. Please read. Movers took a few breaks and we bought lunch for them. Movers asked for payment at 90% completion. We paid and gave them an extra $100 tip. They asked for bigger tip and we refused. They started insulting us and stopped bringing the boxes to the appropriate rooms. They did not finish assembling the furniture. They were simply disrespectful and left without finishing their job.

Be careful, they broke our TV during the moving and they dont want to cover it. Also there were differences between the quoted price and what they charged the day of the moving.

I hired this company on a friend’s recommendation and it was a disaster. They arrived over 3 hours late (whenever I rang to see where they were I was told “we’re just pulling up we’ll be with you in 10 minutes”) and then literally the first thing they do is pick up the one bit of furniture that means anything to me (my Great Grandmother’s Victorian writing desk) and drop it.

Called customer service to learn more about the company and they hung up on me. I tried calling back thinking it was a bad connection and they answered just to hang up again. What kind of "customer service" is that?

They charged me 4x what was quoted not counting tip. They took everything out of dressers when I've had movers in the past just wrap and use dolly.

I had an awful experience with the previous movers that arrived the first time. However when Eugene and Pastor arrived they were timely and delivered excellent service from Sweetwater to Tamarac areas. They finish in 3 hours which was the estimated time and were professional when dealing with my folks belongings and move altogether. Thank you Eugene and Pastor your service made all the difference.

Nick , petro, Alex were amazing very helpful and did great job securing our stuff making sure nothing was damaged worked fast , couldn’t have done a better job and went from Miami apartment by the zoo to our new home in Kendall !!!!!!
