In their own words
Very unhappy with this moving company. They originally gave one arrival time, but kept pushing it back multiple times, wasting my whole day. The crew moved slowly and stretched out the job, and the final bill ended up being two to three times higher than the initial estimate. There was no clear communication or honesty about pricing. I would not recommend this company to anyone and definitely won’t be using them again!!!!
We’ve noticed a series of reviews that don’t appear to be from our actual customers. We’ve already contacted Google support to investigate this issue. We’re always open to communication and truly value honest feedback from people who have genuinely used our services.
Final update: I was partially refunded 400$ I recently used Live Moving and Storage for a move, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine; the movers were prompt and courteous. However, the real issues surfaced when I started unpacking. Firstly, my shoes were carelessly stacked on top of each other, resulting in several pairs being completely ruined. Considering the cost of the move, I expected more care with handling delicate items like shoes.
Not a professional experience. I specifically asked for my bed to be wrapped carefully, yet it was damaged along with my daughter’s bed. The movers also failed to assemble my bed properly, leaving out screws. When I called the office, they offered $100 to hire a handyman for reassembly (at that point I declined) and provided no solution for the actual furniture damage. Be aware—if they damage your belongings, you will get no real compensation. I would not recommend this company.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I’m using this moving company for the second time, and once again they exceeded my expectations. From scheduling to delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, worked quickly, and took great care of all my furniture and boxes. They wrapped and protected everything properly, and nothing was damaged during the move. What I appreciate most is how organized and respectful they are — it really reduces the stress that usually comes with moving.
Igor, thank you for trusting our moving company again! We’re happy everything went smoothly and professionally. Your recommendation means a lot to our moving team!
Our move was super easy and painless thanks to our movers Aleksander, Constantine, Max, as well as Tim and Tony and the rest of the Live Moving team. They provided great value for the service, were very punctual and communicative, and did a great job on our move. We've already recommended them to friends and will use them next time we move.
Ryan, thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that your move with Aleksander, Constantine, Max, Tim, Tony, and the rest of our Live Moving and Storage team was easy and stress-free.
We hired Live Moving and Storage for our recent move, and I can confidently say they’re hands down the best movers in town. From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. The day before our move, they reached out to confirm the details and arrival time — super professional and organized, which instantly gave us peace of mind. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. Alex and Daniel were our movers, and they were both polite, friendly, and unbelievably efficient.
Hi Andrea, Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad our team could provide reliable moving services at a reasonable price. At Live Moving and Storage, we strive to make every move as seamless as possible for our Florida clients. We truly appreciate your recommendation!
I rarely leave reviews, but Vadim and Andrei absolutely deserve one. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, and I’ve worked with movers in the past who actually made the process feel even more overwhelming. Vadim and Andrei were the complete opposite. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of throughout the entire move. They were professional, efficient, careful with my belongings, and incredibly easy to work with.
Thank you, Cinthia! We truly appreciate your kind words. We're glad Vadim and Andrei made your moving experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you for choosing our moving company, and we look forward to helping with any future moves!
